I recently called Chris Larock from the Hamilton division of Clera windows to discuss replacing my 30 year old windows. I was so pleased with our discussion, the product, price and warranty that I soon after signed a contract for new windows. The company wasted no wasted no time manufacturing my custom windows, and they were promptly and professionaly installed just in time to keep this frigid winter cold out of my house. Chris was never more than a phone call away to answer any questions that came up. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and am very pleased with my new windows. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

We are happy and pleased with the windows and door. The drafts and condensation has gone. Overall, the installation is good, except for some of the frames do not meet seamless. It would also have been nice if these frames were already pre-painted. Although, we only received two obscured windows when we had ordered three, this was soon corrected.

In 2005 we replaced all of our windows with Clera Windows and Doors. We were very happy with the product and the installation. So when it came time to replace our front entry door, we had no hesitation in calling Todd for a price. I’m happy to say that my new door looks great and again,we are very satisfied.

The manager from the Hamilton branch was able to secure great pricing on the windows and provided an outstanding service. They were installed by a very knowledgeable and friendly contractor who was very sensitive of the fact that we had a child at home taking a nap while the install was happening.

This was our second time using Clera Windows and Doors. The first time was a good experience, so we were shocked by how bad the service was for our second purchase. We placed our order on November 6, 2014 with a delivery timeline of 8-10 weeks. It was finally delivered and installed on February 13, 2015. The good: The door looks lovely, and the installer, a sub-contractor for Clera, was very thorough and professional. The bad: Delivery was 4-6 weeks after the estimated timeline. We only learned there was a problem after we followed up on the status of the order. There was no pre-emptive call from Clera to advise us there was a production delay, there was no offer to make a substitution that may have been available on a more timely basis, and to date there has been no apology from the company for this oversight. A promised call from the Vice President of the company never came. The ugly: In the repeated calls to the sales representative to nail down the delivery timeline for this order, we were told "two more weeks." Then we followed up again. "Two more weeks!" Finally, we had to file a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Services and invoke Article 26 of the Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order and demand a refund of our deposit if it wasn't delivered and installed within the week. Well, what do you know? The door that was expected to be in production for a further two weeks was suddenly ready for installation. Upon investigation on their social media properties, coming right to the brink of legal action is the only way to conduct business with this company. We plan to replace the windows in our house in the next year or two. I don't know who we will be using, but it certainly won't be Clera Windows and Doors.

The installer was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the installation, would recommend to all. Was very care full and left the job site very clean and tidy.

My house needed new windows...6 in total. I selected a few companies to come out and provide estimates. Clera windows were obviously the best quality while still within my budget. The sales representative was thorough and took the time to demonstrate the product. The windows were installed when expected. The installers were very professional and left my home spotless. It was the middle of January when the windows were installed and, despite the frigid cold, the task was started early and did not end until it was completed. The job was inspected by company leads the same day and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the crew and I were brought coffee...nice touch! My windows look beautiful and I now have warmth and silence. Thank You Clera!

My only hesitation using Clera at first was that I couldn't call a representative in my area directly. That wasn't a problem; after leaving my name & number with the head office, I was promptly called back by Alan, and he was always available by phone and email. His recommendation for window styles were spot on and we are really happy with the choices. The installers (Paul and Randy) we a pleasure to have in our home, and they were professional, courteous and friendly. The whole project went perfectly, and the end result was actually better than we expected. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Clera.

We called Clera based on a promotion they were running in one of the papers, they explained that it was all done but that they would come out and give us a great deal anyway. The price was great and the windows are beautiful, installers did a great job.

We contacted Clera through their Sales Rep Mel for the installation of patio doors in a back wall to the yard. Mel showed up at the scheduled appt. time and did a thorough evaluation and estimate taking into consideration potential challenges and making us aware of them. He didn't overcommit or make promises he couldn't keep. Due to the weather (January cold) we had to wait an extra week for installation, but Mel did a great job of keeping us up to date. The installers were the real stars though. Ranjin and his partner showed up on time, worked quickly, took time to address detailed finishes and quality, and were polite and professional. They didn't leave until we were happy, and didn't leave a mess behind. Seriously, as a former contractor, I have rarely seen such quick and solid workmanship. These guys were pros through and through. We would highly recommend Clera and these installers specifically. Thanks Mel for giving us one less thing to worry about!
