    My Clera/FM windows 11 years later

    I had my windows installed in 2003 from Clera/FM. I contacted Clera via their website on December 15th 2014 explaining that the seal between the two panes of glass has worked its way into the viewing area and would this be covered under warranty. Arrangements have been made to have the two windows in question looked after. Thank you Raj

    New windows and doors

    We recently had all of the windows in our house replaced by Clera, and two exterior doors. First, the good: - we are happy with the quality of the product - the windows went in a week early - our installer Ramesh was amazing The bad: Our salesperson Gene promised us that the doors would go in at the same time, or shortly after the windows - 4 to 5 weeks. Actual time to installation? 4 months!! We were not proactively notified about any delays, so I had to keep calling Gene to get an installation date, which kept changing. When I asked about the cause of the delays, Gene told me it was because they were "having such a great year". Great for who? I strongly feel that this delay was unacceptable, and that the company should have provided a discount for their lateness, but Gene refused. Had they made even a token gesture to make things right this review probably would have been quite different. To me, their attitude says, "sorry, but not really". It's unfortunate that the customer service was so poor.

    Solarium Windows Replacement

    We needed to replace the side and roof windows in our solarium. Frank from Clera Windows gave us an estimate using their argon filled windows we selected thinking of the insulating factor. Unfortunately it did not go great. There were some missed time frames, although Franks communication was fairly good. Once the installation was complete the windows looked fantastic - however we almost immediately noticed leaking from the roof windows. It turns out the windows selected were not suitable for that type of installation. There followed a couple weeks of leaking, phone calls back and forth, etc. Frank was honest and took full accountability from the get go, but it was still a very stressful time. In the end, we decided since there was already a portion of actual roof which was repaired by our preferred roofers during the original install - combined with a requirement for commercial grade windows on the roof (for which a timeframe to complete was not simple) with wet/cold/winter weather beginning - and considering our original home inspector suggested these types of windows in the roof of a solarium always cause problems; we decided to roof over the entire solarium and requested Clera to pay for our roofers to do it so the insurance could be from a single company - to which they obliged to make it right. In the end, Clera made it right and stood behind their reputation. Although it obviously would have been nicer to not have to deal with this mistake and it wasn't exactly what we intended, they did their bit and you can trust they will not leave you in a lurch.

    Window Install

    We just got new windows installed with Clera and the entire experience was fantastic and flawless!! We got a flyer in the mail from Clera so we called to schedule an appointment. Steve Drukarsh came to our house to give us a quote within 2 days of calling! Steve was amazing to deal with, so professional, knowledgeable and had a great personal touch. We called/emailed him with questions and he always got back to us right away! The install was flawless, their installers did a perfect job, very clean install and the windows are amazing!!! Steve and their team were incredible to deal with and I would HIGHLY recommend them..it's a no brainer!!!

    Windows

    Clera windows provided excellent service from sales to install. There were absolutely no surprises from start to completion. Everything was explained in detail and all our questions were answered honestly. We had 3 quotes done for Windows and they were the only company to take that time explaining, everyone else just gave us a price. Les was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable about making this large purchase. Chris and his crew were punctual and professional during the installation. They had our Windows installed in no time and they cleaned up after they were done. Our home is now cozy and warm. I would highly recommend Clera Windows & Doors to family and friends.

    Windows

    Clera windows and doors provides excellent service from sales to install. There were absolutely no surprises from start to completion. Alan and his installer were very accommodating with our installation requests and schedule. Both salesman and installers we're very pleasant and professional to deal with. I would highly recommend Clera Windows & Doors to family and friends.

    Doors

    Hello Dennis, I wanted to send you an email to express how happy I am with my new doors and the installation done by Ranjan. He has done an amazing job on the new doors and I couldn’t be happier. He was very nice to work with and have around my house. He was extremely clean, efficient and courteous. He went above and beyond to get my doors installed in one day and I really appreciate it.     Window replacement

    Sales rep Allan was friendly, knowledgeable and prepared. He brought samples and took the time to explain the products and answer our many questions. No hard sell and no pressure. We had 2 other companies come to quote on the job and neither came close to detailing their product enough to influence us. The installation crew was punctual, efficient and got the new window in place in no time, keeping us comfortable on a December morning. They did a very good job trimming the frame inside and out .We feel secure in knowing the window, parts and labour, carries a lifetime warranty. All around, dealing with Clera has been a good experience and we would recommend them.

    patio door renovation from small window

    John and George installed our window in under five hours in the freezing cold. Not only were they polite but very efficient and professional. Their clean-up was spotless both inside and out. Ours was not a replacement window, but a major cut-out with reconstruction. The end result is outstanding and far beyond my expectations. thank you to both Clera Windows, John and George we most certainly will use again and have no reservations in recommending your company

    Windows

    Just a short note regarding my new windows. Despite the cold snowy day, I was very pleased to have all my windows replaced in just one day. I am enjoying my clear views all around my house now… I am impressed by the quality of the product, but the unknown factor at the outset of the job was the quality of the workmanship . This concern was met with top rate expertise and professionalism. Thank you for a job well done; I will be recommending Clera to all my friends.
