New Windows
We are currently building a home in Markham. As part of the process we needed new windows. We spoke to a number of window companies but eventually settled on Clera Windows working with Frank Altieri. From the moment we met him Frank was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, respectful, polite on time, and was extremely knowledgeable on a topic area we knew nothing about. When we were not able to find a design of window that we liked, he helped us to custom design a set of windows that were exactly what we were looking for. The windows went in yesterday and they look amazing. We are extremely happy with Frank and Clera windows and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. The windows are great, the service has been amazing as promised and the price was very fair. Thank you Frank!

Windows
I bought windows from Vito and he did a great job with the consultation and install. The installers were clean and respectful. I would recommend to anyone who needs windows.

Replacement windows
Compliments to the installer, Robert. He was professional, very skilled and he took great care at every step of the installation. I had a great experience dealing with him. Will definitely use this company again.

Windows and Front Door
We had Clera replace our basement windows and replace our front door. The salesman was very convincing that this product was of very high quality so we decided to proceed. The installation was very well done and looks great. During installation, one of the plastic trim pieces broke and needed to be replaced. After several follow up calls the piece was replaced but broke again when it was being installed. We also have been experiencing air leaks in our new front door which leads to an ice build up on the outside of the door. Chris came out and repaired everything beyond all expectations. He is truly a professional. Thanks Chris.

Home windows
First winter with my new windows awesome!I am so happy with the quality and the workmanship it's very easy to use these windows and I would recommend them to anyone. The windows look great they went in with no fuss. The installers were fantastic. And my heating costs are so much better. The best investment we've made for our home. Thanks to Shawn and his crew for such great work !

Doors
Recently we had a front door and a patio door replaced in our rental property located in St. Catharines. We are very pleased with the product and workmanship provided by Clera Windows and Doors.

New Front Door and Patio Sliding Door
My wife and I had John Gainham from Clera windows and doors give us an estimate to replace our front door and our back sliding door. John answered all our questions and gave us some good advice and we were comfortable with his approach. We had shopped around and were very happy to award our project to him. The products look great and the crew did an outstanding job installing and cleaning up. We will recommend John and this company anytime.

Replacement windows
I was impressed with the initial visit with the Co. Representative Vito. He was clear,knowledgeable and not pushy! The workers who did the job were pleasant, polite and as tidy as possible given the job and the awful weather ( cold and snowy days), The quality of the product is as promised and the excellent warranty is a great selling point. Follow up to my few concerns was dealt with promptly and professionally. I have recommended this Company to two families.

Windows
Our windows needed replacing and we are very pleased with Les Stringer (and crew) for the very professional service we received. The crew had the windows in and trimmed quickly and left a tidy and clean house! Would highly recommend for your window & door replacement needs!

Replacement windows and doors
We ordered our windows and two doors from Terry Blondin of Clera in late September to be installed in mid-November. The installer called that exact week to set up an appointment. The crew arrived on the date at 10 am and began installation of six replacement windows and two patio doors which replaced two windows. I was amazed at the speed and precision of their work as they were completely finished by 8pm that same day. They cleaned up as they went from room to room, which was great. The aluminum trim work outside was done very well. The windows and doors work very well and look fantastic, with lots of positive comments from the neighbours.
