Windows ready to install when promised. Kevin & James were great VERY neat & clean. We already notice a difference on our hydro bills this fall . We had a few small problems and Kevin came right away and fixed them . Very pleased

I would like to say a big Thank You to Ken Chaston and his two professionals guys who replaced my windows. My husband and I are really happy and pleased with the windows and the new door. What a big change. And in the future I will go with Clera Windows to do my full house. I would recommend Clera to any body who needs windows, So Ken, Thank you so much, your the best.

Melissa was a very helpful person in the office, instillation was a breeze and all the work was very professionally done. Not a single hiccup in the process and now my living room window is amazing.

Replaced 4 doors including front entry and 4 windows including front bay. We are delighted with the result. The price was below my expectation and the workmanship was exemplary. I was particularly impressed with Rod who gave us the original quote, keep us informed every step of the way and returned any call same day every time! Highly recommended.

Gene was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came to our home and discussed the different window options with me. I had spoken to three other companies before him and he was able to take the most time and explain everything to me. One of the competitors had told me they didn't think they could even replace our bathroom window for us, so we decided to go with Clera. The bathroom window and patio door came in the 6-8 week time-frame that we were given and the workers did a great job. They were fast and cleaned up afterwards. Our bathroom window didn't come frosted as we requested, but Gene told us it would be fixed with no extra cost. I had a great experience with Clera Windows and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

First of all, when walking into the Brantford Clera location, I was greeted by the most pleasant office administrator named Melissa, who was so very helpful with all of our needs. The company was so professional. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will definitely be going through your company in the future and recommend you to others.

My husband and I are thrilled with the windows and doors we purchased from Clera. After meeting with several other companies, it was obvious that Terry Blondin was a sales man with a "best in class" approach. He took the time to determine our needs and style and then guided us through the process from start to finish. We've had many neighbours stop in to comment on how beautiful the front door looks, it has completely elevated the curb appeal of our home. Terry will certainly be our "go too" on all future projects.

My house is about 27 years old and still had the original builders wood frame windows which I have painted and caulked more times than I care to remember. Being retired now and looking to the future I didn't want to continue this level of maintenance in the years to come. Especially sine my house is two stories. The difficulty in finding a reputable window company thus began. What I discovered in my research was that most of the companies out there look good but do not manufacture their own product. They, therefore are just installers. I did consider fiberglass but the cost was about 25% more than vinyl and the product did not seem to justify the difference. When I came across Clera I was impressed with the length of time that they have been in business, the fact that they manufacture there own product and the lifetime guarantee. My installation was brick to brick as I did not see the point in spending all that money and ending up with the old wood frames still in place and 10% or so less glass area. It took two days to complete the job as I had all of the windows, including the basements replaced in a 2500 square foot house. The job was done completely to mine and my wifes' satisfaction. The installers treated my home as they would there own. They were polite and courteous. One of the things that was important to me was to also have window sills installed and Clera was able to do that. Most other companies did not offer that option. It has really changed the look of the windows from the inside and is more classic than just framing the window like a picture. Bottom line....I feel my money was well spent and I would recommend their services.

I highly recommend Dave Guichelaar from Clera Windows. Right from the start, the service he provided was excellent. He was punctual, polite, professional as he explained everything that was needed and gave me plenty of cost-saving options. I was very happy with the installation..the finishined product looks beautiful. My friends are all impressed. Never have I been happier with a contractor!!!
