Over the last two years, they come out to replace all of my wood windows. Ron Keay is an excellent sales pereson. Reliable, easy to speak with and very good pricing. The installers dissapeared for a few days, but Ron was able to deal with the situation. In the end the product is fair for the price you pay. There are higher grade clad windows on the market, but the cost is much higher. If you want solid windows and good prices, Clera is an excellent option.

We recently had an issue with two window crank mechanisms on a kitchen window installed by Clera. The locking mechanisms were damaged due to a little too much "man-handling" over a three year period. We called Chris Larock not knowing if the misuse was going to be covered by warranty, or if the window was covered any more at all. Chris immediately sent in his best installer, Avni, and the windows were repaired no-questions-asked and for no charge. Great service on a great product!

We had 8 new windows and a new sliding glass door installed by Clera. Terry explained the entire process and it was done exactly as we were informed. The installers arrived on time, very professional and efficient with minimal mess. The windows and door look very good. We are very happy with the results and definitely recommend Clera windows and doors.

This was our first door replacement in our home that is 15 years old. Did a lot of research and got 4 quotes to compare. Decided to go with Clera and had 3 doors done. The install was delayed due to the late start to the season and how busy it was but we were understanding to this.. When confirmed the timeline was done when confirmed and the job was done quickly and professionally. We did have a couple service calls due to wrong handles being put in and a defective one that needed to be replaced. The services were completed and we are happy with the Product, service and Clera company.

Hi everybody! I just recently got my windows and doors done for the whole house! The house is old and some of the windows were original, from the first it's days. I bought this house in February this year, and if you remember, last winter was really terrible. was cold and lots of draughts coming from those old windows and doors. It was my dream to change it all. Dream- not plan. Lol. Kind of expensive project for me. I was planning to do it, may be, one after another, slowly. Till one day when one of the fliers fell down from that bunch of papers we all receive in the mail. It said: do not pay for your windows till some time in one year ahead. Do not really remember the exact phrase. I called to ClearWindows, made an appointment with sells rep. And very soon we met in my house with Dennis , who is working in our area ( Brampton, Caledon...). He is a really charming salesperson ! Sharp- minded, fast, convincing. Knows what he is doing and what customers need. I could not believe it is true, when Dennis called me and told that I was approved for the credit - I got my windows with condition to pay even payments during 24 months. And after 6 weeks ( exactly the time period I've been told about)the team of contractors showed up on my driveway with my beautiful windows and two doors. I am so happy i have them all done !!! Modern, beautiful. I really love it ! And am so grateful to professionals from Clear Windows for their excellent job and great service. Thank you all, guys!!!

The installers provided me several days notice before coming. Rasheen and his assistant arrived on time, installed the windows in a quick and orderly fashion and cleaned up after themselves. I asked them to do something additional to the outside of one of the windows which they took care of quickly and willingly. The windows look great and I am very pleased with both the product and the installation. Yes, I intend to use them again and would happily recommend them to my friends. Lucy

I purchased 3 large windows for my older home. I was glad to be able to keep my trim since it matches the wood in the rest of the house. The windows look much better now. I can tell that they are good and are keeping the draft out. It was cold when they came to install them, but they were fast, and the caulking looks good. The price was fine. I found some cheaper, but the materials they used to build them, and warranty didn't compare. These one's weren't that much more. I'll keep the sign on the lawn for a couple of weeks.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The quality of the windows and doors is great. The installation was done properly and on time . I would definitely recommend Clera Windows and Doors to my closest friends and family.

The sales consultant (Cash) and the installers were are professional. The job was quick and clean. We chose white windows with a sandalwood capping and think they look great. We are happy that they are in.
