Can't say enough good things about Clera and FM. Right from the initial quote stage by John Haskett who was very helpful and very knowledgable made it a very easy decision to choose Clera. Then came the the installation by Mike Perkins and crew, I must say the quality of workmanship was outstanding.The windows and door look fantastic we are 100 percent pleased from start to finish. This being our first experience replacing windows and a door I can easily say that when the time comes to do the rest of the windows it will definitely be Clera and FM. Thanks John, Mike and crew for a fantastic job.

Last year, I received a quote for the replacement of front windows of two bedrooms from John. At that time, I decided that I would only replace one set of windows. Due to the impending cold, we needed the windows replaced as quickly as possible. A rush order was placed and the first set of windows was replaced in 3 weeks. Mario who installed the windows was very professional. He pointed out to us that the builder had not properly insulated the area where the window was installed and made sure that this was corrected when he installed the new windows. The room has been noticeably warmer since the new windows were installed. This year I called John again to have the second set of windows installed. They not only did a beautiful job installing the windows, they also installed a brand new decorative half circle above the double windows. Absolutely beautiful work. Thanks again Mario. You can install windows for me anytime. The only issue tiny issue that I had was that the pulls on the window screens sometimes come off when trying to lock the screen in place. Other than that, very good work. I am very pleased with my windows. Both John, Mario have been very courteous and professional. Well done!

I had Clera install my windows about a year ago. Unfortunately, one of the windows ended up getting some condensation on the inside. I called Clera to let them know and the next day Vito came to take measurements. A few weeks later the installer came back to replace the sealed unit. The process was easy, didn't cost anything and the staff was friendly as always.

We are very happy with our new windows & patio doors. Terry was very helpful in deciding on the right products, and the installation crew did a great job! We are really noticing the difference in how much warmer our house is, now that we have quality windows in. We were also very pleasantly surprised at how affordable the products were.

They say you can judge a company by how it reacts to a problem. We required all new windows and doors for our home, so we shopped around and based on our meetings awarded the project to John Gainham from Clera windows and doors. John was very accommodating and made sure our requests were met. The project went very well the crew was great and the quality of products exceeded our expectations. However John made a mistake. As soon as the problem was spotted John was there to ensure everything that needed to be done to rectify this situation was done in a timely manner and at no cost to us. We appreciated the approach John took and as they say" everyone is entitled to make the odd mistake". All in all we had a great experience dealing with this company and will recommend them anytime.

When we were talking about replacing some windows in our home we were referred to John Gainham from Clera windows and doors. John came over and explained the products and the process and we were comfortable and gave him our business. His crew were very professional as promised and the products are excellent. (They even adjusted our existing sliding door and would not charge us for this service) We are happy with our choices and will recommend John and Clera to all our friends and neighbours.

We just had Hans and his crew change 5 windows in our home . The process went very smooth from start to finish and the new windows and trim look very good. The installers worked very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Clera windows to everyone.

Ramesh did a great job installing our new door. He was very thorough and helpful and even did some extra work on the framing to make sure that it was perfect. We're very satisfied with the install and very,very happy with Ramesh's work...thank you!

We had three windows replaced, two newer windows and 1 older window. I was amazed at the finished product. The job was neat and the workmanship was excellent. No more drafty windows or doors. This was a huge difference from the last window replacement that we had done a number of years back. We are now contemplated re-doing all the other rooms as we have noticed the difference in quality. We are very satisfied. Diego was excellent.

Installation Date: November 11, 2014 Team: Adam Kwasnicki (Kevin, Paul, Ryan) Project: Multiple windows. Living room (120” by 70”), Kitchen (68” by 70”), Basements (43”X 20”) and Garage (34” by 46”). I was thoroughly impressed by Adam and his crew from the original consultation to the final delivery. Adam is a true professional who delivers on his promises. We were promised a 6 to 8 week window for manufacture and installation, and that’s exactly the time frame in which the project was delivered. His installation team are true professionals. I tip my hat to Kevin and his crew. They arrived at 8.30am as promised, and were meticulous in keeping the house clean as they tore out 30+ year old windows, and vacuumed as they went along (as I neat-freak with a toddler in the home, this was a joy to see). All windows were installed same-day, and the team works in unison (measuring and re-measuring) to make sure every cut and caulk is perfect. Once installation was complete, they cleaned up all the work areas and walked me through the invoicing, warranty coverage, and demonstrated how the windows can be removed for cleaning. I would highly recommend Clera to friends and family. I think Clera is very lucky to have Adam and Kevin’s crew represent the Mississauga area. It’s so incredibly hard to find craftsmen who are professional, who care for your property as if it was theirs, and who work with a smile. Thanks guys. Don’t be a stranger if you’re in the area.
