We were very pleased with the installed windows. It was a pleasure working with Frank Altieri from Clera. He provided us with direction, improvement and design to our cottage renovation. W now appreciate the beautiful lake and enjoy the sunsets even more. Thank you Clera, windows and doors.

We had no idea a company could surpass all of our expectations the way Clera Windows and Doors by FM Industries did. They made a huge renovation an easy task because of their professionalism. We had 6 windows replaced by Clera Windows & Doors and are happy with the install. Alan and crew were very professional and answered any questions we had as well as explained the process of the install. Any minor discrepancies were addressed right away. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

The installation team was quick to arrive and set up their equipment in order to begin the job on time. The work proceeded systematically in order to limit the inconvenience of having work done in a small area. The guys were very friendly and answered all questions I asked about the product. They were very understanding about having to accommodate to such a small space. Very professional and polite guys and a quality product.

We've had a patio door and two windows installed. While we had some initial issues with having the incorrect door installed we contacted head office and they were quick to respond. They listened to our concerns and guaranteed to make it right. Through our interactions with Raj it is clear that Clera Windows care about customer satisfication and their reputation. We are very satisifed with the quality of their products and more importantly their service that we have decided to have them install our front entrance door.

This is our second time ordering exterior doors from Gary and FM Industries. From the time we placed the order to the installation date, everything went without a hitch. Rob, the installer, is extremely skilled. No flaws, no imperfections and left the job site clean. Once again, we are very pleased with the work done by Gary, Shelley and Rob.

We were happy with windows until our basement windows all started to leak with every rain. They could not figure out what the problem was and told us they did everything they could and it was our problem since they had been out 2 times already. We had to determine the problem ourselves through research and seeking with engineer. Then fight for them to come back out and show them. Called head office a few times due to having difficulty with reps in our area. Never returned call. Would never recommend company to friends or family.

With such a wide selection of doors, windows, and colours, an expansive range of customization was available to meet my needs. The consultation was effortless and the well-staged options were clearly presented. The installation crew was on time, finished ahead of schedule, and now the entrance to my house shows like a home once again!

My husband and I placed an order with Clera Windows and Doors in September and had three doors installed the end of October. From the beginning we've had a great experience. We met with Ken and he went over styles and colour choices. We ended up with a custom paint colour and it looks fantastic! The three doors being replaced had some size issues as the openings were not standard. Ken took extra time ensuring that the measurements were accurate. The actual installation of the doors was finicky but our installers Tyler and Mike were wonderful. You'd never know that the openings were so awkward. The guys took extra special care when removing our trim. Because it was not standard trim we wanted to reuse it, and we were able to thanks to their careful removal and reinstall. Once the install was completed the area around the doors was cleaned and all packaging etc. , including the old doors, was removed. The doors look amazing and we've had so many compliments! We would DEFINITELY recommend Clera Windows and Doors to everyone. In fact, we are already planning on having them back next year to replace our main entry door as well as our garden doors!
