Window Replacement
There were no headaches dealing with Clera. Form the start Dennis patiently explained all the details and answered any questions we posed. He also followed up with us sometime later to see how we liked the product and service. For me, the big test nowadays is the quality of the install. Once again I was impressed. The skill of Ramjan and his crew was top notch. They were professional and the work area was kept neat and tidy despite the mess from taking out the old window. I plan on having Clera perform more work for me in the near future now that I have found a reliable company for my doors and windows. Their prices are competitive and they have good customer service and product warranties. I highly recommend them.

Dining Room and Kitchen Window
We were very pleased from the time Gary came to give the quote to final installation date. Gary, Shelley and Rob are very professional and this is displayed in the quality of the work they provide. I was so pleased when I came home and found no mess and that everything was cleaned up in the work area. Since these were replacement windows my trim was not disturbed in any way. Great Workmanship!! Also LOVE the awning window over the kitchen sink. I never realized how much my view was obstructed before with the slider. Overall very pleased with service punctuality and follow up on work provided. Thank you.

Kitchen and Dinning Room French Outswing Doors
Hi there! Clear Windows and Doors by FM Industries installed two double French out swing patio doors for me. The salesman was very prompt and curtious in all of our dealings.

Windows
We just had Clera Windows install 16 windows in our rental property in Bloor West Village. The manager Ron suggested single hung windows and single sliding windows in the basement. The job was done in one day and the house looks great.Special thanks to the installation team they put down drop cloths everywhere and left the house spotless.The tenants were especially happy because they were at work and everything was complete when they got home I will certainly recommend Clera..to my friends. Front door
We are very happy with our new door. It is beautiful. I never imagined there would be so much detail involved in picking a door. It dramatically changed the curb appeal. I posted before and after pictures on facebook and many compliments. Our sales rep Terry Blondin was great, very personable, helpful and caring. We also used Clera/FM Windows a few years ago to replace all of our windows. They are great too. Great job all around. And the efficiency is so much better. No more drafts. Beautiful and practical too. Another satisfied customer!!!

Kitchen Windows, Back Sliding Door
After some research, my wife and I decided to go with Clera windows to start replacing our windows in our house. Dennis came over and explained everything in detail to us from payment plans to educating us on window types etc and what might work best for our needs. We appreciated his advice and guidance through the process since we are replacing all of the windows in our house. My first thought was to replace all at one time, but my wife thought it might be better to do it in stages. And with Dennis's help we are doing just that. We never felt any pressure to buy any windows at all, Dennis was professional and knowledgeable and gave us the facts to what might be best for our situation both financially and with suggestions on what to replace first. We are very happy with our windows so far, the quality is fantastic. The installers were great, on time, and cleaned up after themselves before they left. They made sure I was satisfied with the job before they left. I can't wait to replace the rest of our windows using Clera. I would definitely recommend Clera windows to anyone. Great price, great workmanship, great quality. I am a life time customer for sure

Entrance Doors
I just had front entrance doors installed by Ranjan and his crew. The work was completed diligently and professionally. Thanks to Dennis for his help in seeing the project through. I'm very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Clera.

10 windows and 1 door replaced
From Ken Chaston being such a professional and knowledgable salesman to the crew that came to install 10 windows and a front door, I couldn't be more satisfied. The product was made to fit, from high quality, at the best price, and was installed in a timely fashion. From start to finish, the job was performed so well that I would tell anyone to call. And I will!!

We just had new windows installed by Clera and we were very pleased with the product and the professional installation, by Diego & his crew. The salesperson, Ron, was very thorough and professional. We would highly recommend Clera. James O'Neil, Toronto
