We have had extensive work done on our house and the quality of the Clera windows and doors as well as the workmanship has been outstanding. One problem that arose was resolved quickly and completely to our satisfaction. The customer service provided both by our sales rep and by the installers was top notch.

A couple of months ago I decided to replace my windows. Having received advertising for Clera Windows in the mail, and previously seeing their job signs in the neighborhood, I decided to give them a call. Les from the Barrie branch set up an appointment to come see me shortly after. He was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all of the window styles and options to me. After looking at his sample windows, and hearing Clera’s credentials, I was impressed. We decided on the windows that would best suit my house, and within minutes we had agreed on a price. Steve and Rory the installers who came to do my windows were totally professional, fast, clean, and courteous. I am totally impressed with the service provided by Clera from start to finish. My windows look terrific and I would highly recommend to anybody.

We were referred to John Gainham from Clera windows and doors. John met with us and we ordered a new front door system and some windows. We are very pleased with the products and the installation. They say that you judge a company as to how they respond when things don't go according to plan. The door was shipped without touch up paint and the proper trim to complete our project. To John and his teams credit we got the missing items the next day and the job was complete that day. We will refer this company anytime.

We were very impressed by the Sales pre and post support Vic provided and the quality of the windows is great. Ramesh who installed the windows has a great team and they are very efficient and we had no issues.

When we bought our house last August we new from the home inspection that we would have to replace our side entry door sooner than later. It was a generic hardware store door with lots of rust and a sill that was both too short and poorly angled so that water and snow constantly rested against the bottom of the door. We met with several door and window companies but Clera was clearly in a league of its own. The sales representative, Gerald, was friendly, patient, attentive and invested. He helped us choose a door and trim that fit our century home and explained the features of the door and installation that would ensure we wouldn't experience the same problems again. He also initiated re-attaching the seal of the door by drilling it in place, as it had just fallen off the week prior, saying that it was no trouble at all. He gave a us a time line of 6-8 weeks for the door to be ready and, as promised, a quiet and efficient door installer came to our house and had everything changed in a few hours. The door and trim look terrific, the sill is longer and angled perfectly, and we are very pleased with our experience overall. Excellent customer service and a high quality job.

Our experience with the team from Clara Windows and Doors was outstanding. From meeting Adam the first time through the measuring done to actual installation with by Ryan and his colleague. They were polite, professional, and really wanted us to be happy. The product and people are truly outstanding. Thanks Adam and team!

The doors and windows are great. Very nice saleperson Gary Gainham. Install was quick and easy. They clean up everything. I would recommend them to everyone, great product and job done.
