As a first time homebuyer I was certainly overwhelmed by all of the information, window and door options, companies, lingo and pricing for windows and doors. I found Clera through homestars and I couldn't have been more fortunate. I phoned the company and was immediately contacted by the Clera representative for the Hamilton Ontario region, Christopher Laroque. He reworked his schedule to come my house a time that was convenient for me given my schedule. Chris sat down and talked to me in order to get a great understanding of what I was looking for. He is an extremely patient and respectful man who took the time to explain and answer all my questions every step of the way. He delivered on absolutely everything we talked about in our session and followed up with me during the entire process. There was no delay in installation, the windows were ready on time (6weeks) and the installation crew (Richard, Drovak and Anton) were courteous, respectful and clean (being a house over 100 years old, dust is inevitable). They completed the work in 2 days, as promised. I can only speak positively about the service I received from Christopher and the installation crew from Clera. I am absolutely thrilled. It was a huge purchase, which can cause much stress and worry - and I must admit, I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. Thank you all for a tremendous experience and I will enjoy my windows for years to come. Trust me, you will not be disappointed from this window and door company. Overall, we're extremely pleased with the service and quality of Clera Windows - so much so that we've decided to replace all the windows in our home and not just six as originally planned. From the initial presentation that Vito and Michael did in our home to the installation by Ryan, the whole team did a fantastic job! A special mention goes out to Vito who I was in regular contact with and who answered all my questions (even on Sundays!). Thank you Vito! The job was completed on schedule and we're very happy with the quality of the windows and the installation that was done. Now that we've had a chance to see and hear the difference a quality window makes, we've decided to go ahead and replace all the windows in our home. I highly recommend Clera and would encourage anyone considering having their windows replaced, to give them a call.

I needed to replace all the windows in my house. After doing some research, I decided to contact Clera Windows for a quote. Sales Consultant Cash came over and did a very good job explaining their product and addressing all the questions I had. After a day or 2 thinking it over I called Cash back and let her know I wanted to go ahead and buy my windows from Clera. I had to wait a while to get them installed because Clera manufactures their own windows, though I don't really view that as a drawback. The guys they had come out and do the installation were very professional and did a great job, even going above and beyond on a couple things. They also did a very thorough clean up when they were finished. I'm happy with the final result and would recommend this company to friends and family.

Chris "le rock" came over in fall 2013. We needed 6 new windows, 3 being fire escapes with special brown casing and 2 being basement windows. He was honest, knowledgeable and personable. We looked at other window companies, but preferred Clera Windows so we brought Chris back in in early 2014. He remembered our project so we set up installation for July. Installation was quick and well done. Very happy we chose Chris and his team at Clera Windows.

Les the sales rep from the Barrie branch #55 was very helpful in the selection of windows for our needs. Installation was on time as stated on contract. All went well. I would highly recommend his services.

We love the product: double-hung windows, all custom made. We also loved the installation attention to detail and perfection. The craftmanship was excellent. Our Patio/Sun Room is more than we thought it would be!

I replaced most of my windows in my home John Haskett was very professional and non-pressuring. His team was efficient, clean, knowledgeable and finished the job in a timely manner answering all my questions. I had one torn screen a few months later, and they replaced it right away....i have recommended using Clera to my friends

Just want you to know the installers just finished installing two bay window and we are very happy. Love the window, the guys were very neat and most cordial. Absolutely will be back for future window replacement and happy to pass on the word to our neighbours. Thank you for a great job all the way around and YOU were great too.
