    Kitchen Windows & Outside Doors

    Clera Windows and Doors was phenomenal from the start. To be more specific, I was immediately helped in a kind, clear and honest manner on the phone - directly with an experienced and knowledgeable manager. That manager (Gene Morlando) then came to the site 3 times over the course of the work, setting up the details and following up. Then I was put in contact with the installer by mobile phone so that I could directly arrange a time to measure and a time to install. I really liked that connection being made so I could call with any concerns (I called both the installer and manager on their mobile phones several times and they were always patient and courteous with me). The installer (Ramesh) and his trusty assistant worked very hard over 3 days to install our fairly sizable order of windows and doors, and did extra work with no cut corners. The result is we're left with lasting products and workmanship which we are very grateful for. Thank you very much Clera !!! We fully recommend you.

    Windows and front entry door

    I recently had my windows and entry door replaced and we were very happy with the windows and door. The salesperson, Dennis, was not pushy at all and was very pleasant to work with. I was also pleased with the installers. They were friendly and very clean when they did their installation. Service and quality excellent . I would highly recommend Clera.

    window

    I needed a new window, but had no idea where to start. A coworker of mine recommended this company, so I called. Liked the price, so I thought I would order. Good window, good price, good deal. Next year I have more to do, they will likely get my business again.

    Window Replacement

    We called Clera and had Shawn come out and give us an estimate for a new window in our home. We had a few other companies come in to do the same, and although Clera was not necessarily the least expensive, the product seemed far more superior to the others we had looked at, so we figured we would give them a try. What a great product! Lots of bang for your buck!! Next time we are ready to replace more we will definitely be giving them a call!!!

    replacement windows

    We have had Clera back to our house for three large projects. I have been extremely impressed by the quality of the product installed. But what is more important is the service that Dennis and Ranjan have provided throughout. Like any project this size, there are going to be situations not accounted for or issues encountered. Dennis and Ranjan have been exceptional in working with us to ensure everything is perfect in the end. I thank the guys for this constant attention to detail. I would also be remiss in not mentioning that the price for the Clera product was on par or better than the builders grade products we were looking at. Given the superb quality this is a welcome relief.

    Windows & Doors

    We had a few companies in to quote on windows. My husband was impressed with Clera and the information they provided. Having spent time researching we decided to go with Clera. They were here the other day to install some bay windows and patio door. They arrived exactly as planned and right on time. The installation crew was extremely friendly and respectful of the fact we have two dogs - not a nail or screw or scrap to be found anywhere outside. The crew were very professional and spoke very highly of the company they work for. Once the installation was completed. they walked through everything with my husband so he could inspect them. They were excellent - even better than we anticipated. We are just about to order windows now for the rest of the house from Clera. I would highly recommend. Best reno experience we've had to date.

    Windows & Doors

    We called Gary to give us an estimate on Clera Windows and we were so happy with the Quality and Price we ended up purchasing a new front door as well. The installers did a great job and we would recommend Clera to anyone looking for Quality at a reasonable price. Thank you Gary and your Installers. Fast Forward 4 yrs..... I was cleaning the outside of the windows and noticed a 12inch area that was never caulked when the windows were installed...... I called to see of someone could stop by at their convenience and finish the job. I was told that this want not covered and would they could send someone to recaulk the entire window for $70..... All Im asking for is 12 inches of caulking and 2 min of there time. Unfortunately this doesn't sit well with me. I will no longer promote Clera Windows as I have in the past 4 years, And when I replace the doors in my house I will likely shop elsewhere.

    Windows

    All well with Clera! New windows installed with no muss, no fuss. Installer came on time and worked straight thru till all done. Rep Frank came by to check out job. Very pleased.good job Ivan.

    Replacement windows

    The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. The price was competitive but not the cheapest. The installers were professional and left my home with no garbage for me to clean up. Their workmanship seemed very professional with attention to minor details. The windows are everything that I expected and I am satisfied thus far. I rated my experience as a 9 only because I ordered the windows in early May and was given an installation date of late July. I feel that a wait of almost 3 month was rather long. The installation was delayed further because the installer had a family tragedy but that is understandable and in no way affected this review.

    Windows Replaced and Sliding Door

    We are very pleased with our windows. The quality of the product is amazing. With this past winter being so cold, the difference with the new windows was incredible. All rooms felt warmer. The windows also lessened the sound of the traffic. We had a few quotes from different companies but we liked the fact the windows were manufactured here. The quality of the product is very high. And we loved Bobby. He was very truthful and knowledgeable about the installation/product. He listened to what we wanted and made good suggestions that we might not have thought of. We had a difficult custom window that was very large. He voiced his concerns and was upfront about it taking a longer time to manufacture. We appreciated him being honest. Avi (sorry if I did not correctly spell his name) and his installers were very courteous and professional. They installed half of our windows on a brutally cold Jan. day. They were easy to deal with and very respectful. We would definitely recommend Clera and we would use them again if needed. The difference with the look of our home is incredible. Thank you to everyone involved.
