We just replaced the windows in our house with Clera Windows and Doors. Many of our friends and family have commented on them and we are very happy. The windows were on time and the installation was professional. The clean up was ok.

Clera Windows and Doors recently changed a bay window in my home. I am very happy , the window matches my home perfectly and Vlad and Cam did a wonderful job.

Our old windows were in need of replacing. On the basis of a brochure received in the mail we contacted Clera Windows for a quote. On meeting with the representitive we were satisfied with the product and the pricing and comfortable with dealing with them. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the service, the finished product and the installation process. Thank you Terry and Clera Windows.

Top quality everything! We are 2nd time customer of Clera, as we had windows on front of house installed many years ago. VERY HAPPY! So we called John G from Clera and got a quote to install all windows in back of home plus new front door that we think is the best of all. Several neighbours want to buy the same door now, having seen the final product. John G (sales) is great guy and his install crew was amazing in workmanship and was very considerate and professional and did everything to make sure we were happy, Summary: - Top quality windows - friendly sales process & advice - fast and proficient installation crew - clean and friendly. - experience! I bought an older home recently with the original 1950's doors and windows, which were incredibly ugly and draughty. Clera replaced them with beautiful, new versions that make the house look so much more up-to-date and modern. The installers, Ramesh and his partner worked very long days to get the work finished and left my home clean and tidy afterwards. I greatly appreciated that they asked for my input whenever possible. My only hesitation in giving the company a 10 out 10 is that the doors took so long in arriving. After ordering everything in May, the doors finally arrived at the end of August. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and service.

I must say I was quite impressed with clera both the quality of the product and service were above our expectations. We recently had all our windows replaced by Clera and are extremely pleased with the quality. Adam, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and quite thorough in explaining his product. Ryan and Paul, the installers, were very courteous. They did an exceptional job and were always ready to answer any questions that we had. They really take pride in their work and speak highly of their company. We plan to replace our doors in the near future and will definitely use Clera again! We highly recommend this company!

I am giving a 6 because the window installation was excellent and merited higher, the door installation was far from it and merited lower. Windows - the two windows are excellently installed, and seem really high quality. We are very happy with them (although actually the salesman could have upsold us, as he was confident the windows we were selecting would have offered adequate soundproofing against passing buses, and really we could have done with more). Side door - this was installed okay, but a draught comes into the house underneath the frame. In addition, the door locking mechanism isn't quite flush and has caused the door to crack, so it scrapes on the other piece each time the door is closed. In addition, you can see that the screws used to install the hinges don't even all match (this doesn't affect functionality, but is indicative of care taken we feel). Screen door - However, the screen door is the real problem - it was installed such that pieces of the mechanism that is designed to hold the door open were reversed (we corrected this ourself), and the chain that is meant to prevent the door from opening too far hasn't engaged before the door hits the wall behind it. Not long after installation, the mechanism that holds the door open ripped out of the frame (not due to our reversal, that didn't involve any deconstruction) - at that point it could be seen that the screws used to attach it were too short, such that they would not have securely entered the wall, but instead mainly were held in the thin wood and vinyl frame. We have contacted the sales person, who inspected the door and agreed to organize a repair within 10 days, including the use of longer screws - although not admitting any fault associated with that. This was several months ago and still no sign of repair. Very disappointing as this was otherwise shaping up to be a good experience. Ironically we are still interested in installation of several other windows in our house, given the excellent job that was done with the windows, but don't feel we can proceed while this remains unresolved. || Thank you for the response below - I phoned and left a message at the number provided about a week ago - still awaiting a call back.

We had Clera supply and install 4 windows, one of which being a large bay window of a century home. Chris Laroque from Hamilton was our contact and did a great job explaining our options, was very polite and friendly. The windows arrived on time and the installers came the very next day. They were very quick and did a good job considering they were trying to keep the original trim intact. They had a hard time with the curved inner trim that they did have to replace which I think I will have to paint to make it look a little nicer. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and price received from Clera. Our neighbours even commented how nice the windows look. I would recommend Clera to anyone looking for new windows. Beautiful windows, wonderful service. The installer that came by was friendly, answered all of our questions and was very clean! We will go with Clera Windows for our next set!
