Very good windows, installers were fantastic very professional and a pleasure to have in our home!! Outstanding company to work with! The strength is most definitely in their people... Thankyou Steve and Andy!! who went above and beyond!!

5 New Windows
Just wanted to quickly note, what others have said before me, Clera was great. From the request for a quote, to the meeting with Dennis and the install, I am very pleased. The installers did an amazing job and ensured I was happy with the windows before they left. Thank you! Clera will be recommended to anyone who asks. P.S. You forgot to leave a sign on my yard...lots of renos going on in my neighbourhood!

Replaced all windows in our home
We received a flyer in the mail as we were contemplating replacing the windows in our home. Called Clera windows and Chris Larock was most helpful, courteous and honest in his comments about the windows and the pricing. His estimate was right on and delivery was exactly as he said. The installers were very polite, professional and cleaned up very well and, also explained how the windows worked. The job was totally finished in the one day. We really like the pattern insert for our living room windows. Would definitely refer to others. Very pleased.

Update windows in house
Needed to update windows in an investment property I own. Les Stringer was amazing, very accomodating to my schedule and budget, and kindly & patiently explained the technical things to me. Windows were installed on schedule, very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did an after sales walk around/ review.

New Window Install
When looking for a window company, I interviewed 3 potential companies. Frank Altieri from Clera came over and immediately, I sensed his great personality and sense of professionalism that others lacked. He walked us through the process and was always available by email or phone with any questions that came up. Really a top notch individual. Drew Bondsfield was our installer and he was also outstanding. The install went very well and much faster than I thought which shows he's been doing this for a while. Great group of installers on Drew's team. After install, we noticed one small fingerprint on the inside of the double pane of glass but keeping to their word, they will be inspecting and most likely swapping that out. We will definitely be calling on Clera again for our main floor windows when they reach their lifespan. Thank you very much. Grant

Door System
We are past and present clients of Clera windows and doors. This year we had John Gainham and his crew install a new door system and do some minor service on some products we bought from them approximately 10 years ago. We are very pleased with the professional approach that John and his crew demonstrated from the first day we met until the job was completed. The people were great and the products excellent. We will recommend them anytime.

All The Windows
My windows were from the 1970's and badly needed to be done. I got all 14 of the the windows in the house done and they look great. The job was done fast and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

Sliding patio doors
We purchased from John Gainham in the past, so when we needed more products for our major renovation we called him. This was a time sensitive project and John and his Clera windows and doors crew pulled it all together for us. The products and people are great. We have had two positive experiences with this company and would recommend them anytime.

Windows
We're ALWAYS pleased with the window installations and with the quality of the product. Our neighbours walked over and asked which company we used. I gave them your contact information. Hopefully, the word spreads. Great product, great price, quality installation ... and my wife is happy!

Front Door
We have just placed our fifth order with Hans from Clera windows and doors and have been very pleased with every installation. The installers Rick and Blair are very professional and friendly. There was a bit of a wait for our front door but it was worth it. We would recommend Clera to all our friends and family.
