    windows and doors

    Last year 2013, we had 6 windows and a garden door done by Clera Windows and doors. One of those windows was a large bay window. Three weeks ago we had the last the six windows done. The first time we looked around for windows we got estimates from 4 different companies. Dennis from Clera was the only one who did not pressure us, he answered all our questions. He was very professional, but there was no pressure. Raj and his crew last year and this year were terrific. They did a wonderful job on our home. The job was left spotless! My windows, my beautiful bay window and my garden door couldn't have been done I was told over and over again. They did it and they are beautiful. Especially after the winter last year. Clera lives up to their name. I would highly recommend Dennis, Raj and his crew! Thank You Julie

    Windows and Patio Doors

    The Installers were very skilled, polite and cleaned up pretty well. Very happy with the windows and patio doors. Had some issues with the patio door locks but the Regional Manager was always responsive and got that resolved fairly promptly. Had some other minor issues which were all fully resolved within 60 days of installation. Overall, the new windows and patio doors look great so far, excellent value for money, best quote compared to many other local windows companies, and above all, very good before and after sales service. The Regional Manager is very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in assisting me to make the best choices to suit my budget. I am a repeat customer as I also had Clera install the windows and doors in my last house in 2013.

    Windows and Door

    We just had are front door and living room window replaces, Kurtis and Borin did the installation. they did a great job. We look forward to future projects with Clera.

    Windows and Doors

    We just had a great experience dealing with John Gainham and Clera windows and doors. The crew worked during the hottest days of the year and did a fantastic job replacing all the windows and two doors in our home. John dropped by twice to make sure things went smoothly. We appreciate the work habits and attitudes of everyone from Clera they did not cut corners and cleaned after them selves. ( they even washed the windows inside and out) Great people and products give us the confidence to recommend them anytime.

    Windows

    We enjoyed a very pleasant experience dealing with Clera Windows from the initial sales call to the completion of the job. The sales call was very professional and we were comfortable that we were purchasing a quality job from a trusted professional. The installation was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up. We were happy with the attention to detail which even included replacing an empty birds nest that had been on the window ledge.

    New Sliding Door

    We had a custom sliding door system installed on September 2nd by Clera Windows and Doors in our home. We are very happy with the high quality and smooth operation of this sliding door. The tinted glass reduces the glare and gives privacy looking inside the home from the outside. Rob Cormier did a great job with the installation and finishing inside and outside of the sliding door. After the installation he meticulously cleaned the work area. I would tell anyone wanting a new sliding door to contact Gary Gainham at Clera Windows and Doors.

    Replacment of 9 windows and 3 doors

    My salesperson and installer was Barry covering the Hanover area when he was in my home for the consultation he never used any pushy sales tactics and war very professional. During the installation I watched as he worked, and was delighted with the care and pride he put in to this installation. I also would like to mention the quality of the products that come from this company. Very well done. Good Job Josh

    Windows

    I was searching for months for a good honest windows company to tell me the truth and give an honest, no upsell, no frills no gimmicks quote. At last hopes I decided to call the number on the bottom of a flyer I had just received, and it was the best decision I've ever made! I even ordered an extra window during the process, because he is that honest, upfront and professional. I still came in on budget! The windows work and look fantastic and the installers were in and out as scheduled. There not enough words to thank Chris for all he did for me. Because of his honesty and professionalism, I will be a return customer. Thank you Chris, Clera should be proud they have someone so dedicated!

    New Side Entry Door

    I hired Clera based on the reviews on this site. Vick the sales guy was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose the door that was right for us and that met our needs and budget. The door looks great and was installed professionally. The only issue we had was that as a smaller project our installation date kept getting pushed back, otherwise I would give them a 10.

    Front Door replaced

    I had the pleasure of working with the team at Clera Windows + Doors to replace my very wide front door and side windows. John was extremely professional, provided me with a number of options that met with my budget and delivered on time. The installation went off without any issues. Truly a pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again.
