    Window Install

    Les Stringer took the time to provide a very reasonable quote for great quality windows. The team of installers were great as well, when the windows arrived (much earlier then expected) they ran in to a small problem with the measurements. The windows would have just fit very tightly so that over time it may have been a problem with the functionality. The installer decided it was best to stop work, re measure and have new windows made to better fit my home. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this level of service! The work was well done, and quickly (1 day to install all 13 windows). They cleaned up everything and left the place looking great! Les did a follow up visit to check in and ensure we were happy. We are Very Happy!! Thanks to everyone for doing good, honest, quality work at a fair and reasonable price!

    window replacement

    Thank you Les Stringer and Chris Patrick for you fine work in replacing the windows in our Century home. The home looks beautiful! New efficient and functional windows that respect the integrity and design of this 132 year old Victorian home. you ensured deadlines were met and that our wishes were carried through. It was a pleasure doing business with you and we will continue to highly recommend your services to others.

    Window replacement

    We had all our windows replaced 10 years ago and are still completely satisfied. Great decision. Have now ordered a patio door and again have been very satisfied with the company approach. Looking forward to another clean install.

    Window and Door Replacement

    We decided to replace all the windows in our house because they were deteriorating as well as our patio door and our front door. We shopped around for different quotes and Clera's was one of the most reasonable. The sale representative, Gene Morlando, helped us figure out the right windows and doors for our house. He presented us with different options and color choices that would match our brick and mortar and provided us with a lot of information regarding the type and style of windows and doors that would make the most sense for us. We were very satisfied with our installation as well. Our installer, Ramesh and his crew were punctual and very respectful during the installation process. They were very knowledgeable and dealt professionally with any issue that came up during installation. We are happy to recommend Clera to our friends and family.

    Basement Windows

    Dennis the salesman was pleasant to deal with & professional. There were some issues however they aggressively reached out to see if they could do something to correct it. After a recent storm, I found that the windows were not sealed properly - it was literally dripping water from underneath the silicone seal. I am confident that if it was properly inspected before installation, this issue could have been circumvented. It seems like the job was rushed and there was no genuine care as if they were working on their own window. Also, there were dents, deep dug out marks, and peeled paint from the interior as a result of the installation. I had to invest time, money & effort to have this fixed & re-done. In addition to this, I felt that I had to wait quite a long time (a few weeks) between deposit & installation given that there were only 4 small basic windows- but I will not complain about this because I am not certain of the industry average. Dennis the salesman was pleasant to deal with & professional.

    Window replacement

    We had 3 windows and 1 door recently replaced by Clera: while the process was longer than anticipated, the company was able to satisfactorily resolve our issues upon completion of the installation, and responded promptly to an earlier review to ensure we were happy. The installers, Curtis & Borin were excellent: they looked after us throughout the process, and were wonderful to deal with.

    Front Windows

    I had some problems with Clera, but they came back and fixed the issues - the pane was somehow tinted and there was a small scratch on one of the casements. However, they did replace these and the glass is gorgeous.

    Windows and Door

    What a great job that Richard and crew did!!. Those fellows work extremely hard and very proficient too. Rarely do you see the work ethic that your installers have. Needless to say, I am very happy today with the product. All the windows look great and the door too. Thanks again. It was really nice of you to stop by on Friday.

    Windows

    If you are looking for an honest and good job on windows look to clear.I had them put my windows in back of my house excellent job they were very nice guys and cleaned up after themselves windows are great.that was 3 yrs ago. this year I needed 3 more windows so I called clear Alain Deroy came to give me a estimate he looked at my front window and said I don't think you need this one replaced I think it is not insulated so he than took the trim off and sure enough no insulation around it.He could of quoted me an estimate like the others did,instead he saved me 2800.00 talk about honest.If you are looking for windows or doors I ever need windows or doors again I will call CLERA in a minute.

    Windows

    I really enjoyed the service from Clera Windows and Doors in Brantford. Everyone from the girl in the office to the installers made the entire experience enjoyable and easy. I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE looking for windows or doors. These people definitely know what customer service is all about!
