    Replace all doors and windows.

    My wife and I were looking to replace all the windows and doors in our house. Steve from Clera was one of three salespeople I called from different companies and he was the most personable, knowledgeable one of the three. I went to the factory to see samples of the work and selected doors from catalogues. The product was explained to me very well and I felt comfortable with what I was getting and that I was in good hands. The installers were also great guys, very careful and courteous. Overall, a few hiccups, but very small blips in an otherwise smooth and satisfying process. Thank you Steve, Paul, and Clera.

    Patio Door Replacement

    We had an interesting challenge that required an innovative solution, and Vito Paonessa of Clera Windows and Doors was able to exceed our expectations. We had just built a new deck and our current patio door did not have window coverings, and the remainder of the first floor windows had plantation shutters. We knew shutters would not work on our existing patio door. The solution that Vito provided was brilliant - Patio doors with built-in blinds between the window panes - Easy to use, stylish, and no-fuss maintenance. The installers did a great job; and this unique patio door completed the deck renovation to perfection. Many thanks to Vito and the team at Clera.

    Windows and Doors

    We read the positive reviews on Clera and decided to contact them for an estimate. Afteri comparing the price with two other companies, we choose Clera. We were very pleased with Adam, the salesperson, as well as the installers Trevor and Richard. They were very efficient and professional. As a result, we highly recommend the company.     Windows

    I wanted to let you know that Bob Peyman was very knowledgable and helpful. He always returned my calls in a prompt manner. The installers did a great job and cleaned up the work site. I would use your company again and recommend to friends and relatives.

    Windows and Entry Doors

    We had our new windows and front and back entry doors installed today. We are extremely pleased with the quality, style and look of all products installed. We were also impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable representative that we dealt with. Ken Chaston was easy to talk to and answered all our questions with ease and patience. The gentlemen that came to do the installation were also pleasant to deal with and obviously very experienced. They cleaned everything up and left our home looking the same as when they arrived, except for the addition of beautiful new windows and doors. I would recommend this company to any of our friends or family, and would not hesitate to give out Ken’s name and card with confidence.

    Window Replacement

    We replaced our windows on our home after we noticed that the "builder grade" windows were beginning to fail, particularly with the window seals. From the initial meeting with the salesperson Vito, who took the time to explain the very high quality of their window products, and in providing us with an estimate, it was evident that this was a truly company with high standards and a dedication to stand-by the quality in their windows. The installation team was also great in their professionalism and workmanship. The end product looks great, and I have received many compliments from friends and family. It was truly a pleasure in dealing with Vito, and the installation team. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

    Window Replacement

    We found this company through Home Stars and it just shows how well consumer-sourced recommendations work. From the initial sales meeting right through to final installation, this was seamless. Everything arrived on time, the install team were careful, courteous and efficient, and the clean-up was excellent. Not to mention the windows, which are great. We had a bonus however. Our front door (badly installed by another company a couple of years ago) had been sticking a bit. No problem, having had difficulty closing it as they came in and out, the Clera team leader shimmed it, added a couple of longer screws and...hey presto, no sticky door anymore! We really appreciate your company's attitude and the way it rubs off on your people. No hesitation in highly recommending you.

    11 windows and 2 doors

    Windows and doors can be tricky. Bad things can happen. But not with Clara, Gene and Ramesh. After extensive research we bought 11 windows and 2 doors (one sliding). We couldn't be more pleased. The house looks great, it's much warmer, the cost was less than expected and the warranty makes me believe that the product will last. We have an old house but Ramesh knew what he was doing and solved all of the problems. Thanks Ramesh!

    Door

    Needed to replace the entrance door since it was probably original from when the house was built and wasn't very energy efficient. Decided to go with Clera after getting a few quotes. There was a small problem with the screen door (wrong size) but this was installed a few weeks later and so far I'm very happy with the entrance and screen doors. Steve Drukarsh was the person I dealt with and he was easy to work with and I would recommend them for anyone looking for new doors.

    total window replacement

    my experience with Clera Windows has been first rate from my initial contact to obtain a quote all the way to a follow up call this year in addressing a concern i had. Last year John van den Broek came out to my place and offered a quote that was more than fair for the specific windows i was interested in. We set a date for the installation and Mario was here that morning to begin. Mario was fantastic and had everything completed on schedule, he was a true professional in every sense. This year i had called to express a concern and John was out here the next day to take a look and assure me that everything was fine also offering some advice on seasonal upkeep. My experience with Clera has been fantastic and i would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their windows.
