Amazing Customer Service from start to finish. We called for an Estimate after getting a flyer in the mail as we had already done some shopping around. Sales Representative Rod Williamson came over to the house and gave us the Best Quote and Product Information that we were looking for. Decided immediately that this was the Company we were going to Hire as they had a Life Time Warranty on all Window components and is transferable to future Owners if we sell the house. Rod did some quick measurements and said Miguel would stop by the next day and measure precisely. Rod told us that it would be approx. 8 weeks from Factory to Installation. We ordered on Sept 10/14 Miguel came promptly the next day and was great and we talked about other projects in the future and he gave us some great ideas. On Oct 2 Rod called us to say the 5 Windows we ordered were finished and if we were around they could do the Install the next day Oct 3/14. We said YES !!!! Thrilled they were ready so quick as we were expecting sometime in Nov for the Install. Our 2 installers were John Osorio and John Freiman. Both Amazing. Courteous, Friendly, and boy do they know what they are doing. We couldn't be happier with the Product 5 Windows in total. From start to Finish everyone was more than Professional. This Company knows what Customer Service is all about. Will be using them in the Future for additional projects. Thank you everyone at Clera Windows.

I needed a new window and a storm door. I had some issues initially but Vick and his team worked hard to solve my problems. Excellent service very satisfied Toronto customer.

We recently had our basement windows replaced. John, the salesman, was very courteous and helpful. The installer did a great job - very neat and fast. The installer must have ordered a new screen for one of the windows as the original was a little tight. We didn't even know he had ordered a new one and were pleasantly surprised when a new screen was supplied. That's great service. Thank you Clera.

We replaced 3 sliding doors and 4 large windows in our house. Clera, the window supplier, had a competitive price, the product was good quality and they did not require we hire additional contractors (some other quotes wanted only to do parts of the job). Ramesh, the installer, was very good. The existing wainscoting created an number of issues which were resolved very well by Ramesh. Also the uneven existing concrete door sills were resolved and we were kept informed about small issues so that there were no surprises at the end. They kept the workplace neat and minimized the dust and dirt.

We called John and asked him for an estimate for our garage entry door. He came by gave us an estimate and asked us to get some estimates elsewhere because he knew he was competitive which made us feel better. The job went on time without delay. The installation and quality of the door is fantastic. The workers were polite, quiet, and never took a break. Couldn't be happier with this company. Clera and John Gainham were what they said they would be. Fast and efficient.

We recently had our front door, patio door and all our windows (22 in total) replaced at our home. Our sale rep, Frank Altieri, was very helpful throughout the process and Drew Bondsfield and his crew was courteous and professional during the installation period. The windows looks fantastic but while the installation is generally good, it's not perfect. For example: I never found out why the crew installed new trims over brackets and screws for my old window drapery when they should have taken down them first. The old blinds and shutters didn't fit the new trims (due to the new brick mold) but Frank helped us with getting them cut down so that we can reuse them for our new windows. As a matter of fact, the blinds fit better than they did for my old windows. In addition, I really appreciate that Frank helped us replaced all our broken/brittle valance brackets on the blinds and worn magnets on the shutters. Overall, I am happy with choosing Frank and Clera Windows. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Had my complete house installed with new windows 2 weeks ago. The manager made some strong recommendations in style change which has made a dramatic change to our outlook. Dustin and Rob did an awesome install job.

Timely delivery and installation. Made a huge improvement in the appearance of my house and functionality of my windows. Excellent quality product and workmanship. There are a couple of touchups to be done, no problem for Alan. Excellent customer service and follow up.

Dennis (Regional Manager) provided good inputs while finalizing the door. They delivered on time. Their workmanship was excellent. Installers were polite and installation was neat & clean. Overall satisfation of job well done.
