    Exterior door installation

    We really enjoyed working with Chris - he was helpful, thorough and friendly. There was a bit of confusion on our part with the installation appointment, but the installers did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the outcome and our new door. We would definitely recommend.

    Windows, Door

    This is our second time using Clera Windows with Gareth. Our first order was a gorgeous showstopper front door with sidelight and oversized front windows. We have just had our second order completed of 3 smaller windows. We plan on using them again. The crews are friendly and they clean up the debris from construction. The warranty and work is high quality. Prices reasonable. Gareth has made good on a repair and informed us about delays - and they do happen. We are fairly easy-going and know that the windows are going to get done - and they did. I would recommend this company and Gareth because I am realistic in my expectations and I love the final result. My house is about 60 years old and it looks like it just had a facelift. Thanks Gareth and your crews for giving us the look that we wanted.

    new windows

    Thank you very much for my new windows and doors. The installation was great, job well done! Bob was a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend Clera to anyone looking for new windows.

    Installation of Doors

    I had a double door installed. The frame of the door came chipped. The installers refused to use foam insullation leaving a large gab on either side that I could stick my fingers through on the outside of the door. The salesperson promised to have someone out to fix the problem, but 2 week + still nothing. Sale's Person called after review posted, will be getting someone to make the corrections. Thank you Ron

    Windows and Front Door

    After shopping around for replacement windows, my brother suggested Clera to me as they had replaced all the windows in his house. I found that Clera's prices and quality were very competitive. They arrived on time and other than one dent in my drywall, did a great job of replacing 2 windows and my front door. As I have more windows that will need to be replaced, I will call them again.

    Windows and Doors

    I had 4 estimates from local window companies and the best one by far was Clera. The local manager John Haskett was very professional, thorough and most of all patient. We had many questions that John was able to answer before we even asked. The installation was right on time and the crew were very knowledgeable about their products. I have recommended Clera to my friends and will continue to do so. Chris

    windows & doors for whole house

    Just purchased a home and needed all new windows and doors. The sales man was Pat Hearne. He answered all my questions, and was great to deal with. Would have liked a more detailed quote of all the items needed. But other than that, it was great service. Rob who installed everything did a great job. Great attention to detail. Would recommend Clerawindows to all.

    Window

    We are very happy with the one window that we bought from Clera. We got exactly the product that we wanted and feel that it's longlasting quality. Unfortunately we had some troubles with timing as we had to wait 3 months for the installation as the sales rep that sold us the window left shortly after. But after commenting on this situation on homestars the company immediately followed up with us and got the installation done within a week which we highly appreciated. Without that hiccup I would give them 10 out of 10.

    Part #1. Sales Experience.

    Hello. I will be updating this review throughout my window installation experience. Part #1 is choosing a company. 2400 sq ft Mississauga home. 20 windows and a patio door. We plan to be in this home for a while. We have never purchased windows previously. We were concerned about finding a company we could trust as this is a large investment in our home. I did my research, contacted 5 different companies, listened to a lot of sales guys talk. Quotes ranged from 12000 to 18000 with Clera coming in as the second most expensive. However after studying up on the different companies product quality and installation experience, Clera was a no brainer. Canadian made windows with a very good reputation. A big thank you goes to Bobby the territory manager for making the decision easy. He didn't push, answered all our questions and recommended alternatives that were aesthetically pleasing and cost effective. He gave us a realistic time line for installation and even helped make a last minute change even after our deposit was paid. I will update you with pictures after the install.
