Clera Windows provided a quality product, expert installation, and they completed the project in a timely manner, what more can you ask for? That's customer satisfaction at its best! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for the same.

After our recent bitterly cold winter, we realized our old windows needed replacing. We chose three companies from Homestars to provide us a quotation. After reviewing the three we decided on Clera. Their quotation was not the lowest.The sales representative Ron Keay was friendly, professional and thorough with his presentation. Within a few days an installer came to double check the measurements of our windows. We were informed at the time that the windows required 4-5 weeks to manufacture. Approximately 6 weeks later we heard from Ron informing us of our windows being completed and arranging a mutual day for his new team of installers to come to our home. Ben and Igor were great! They laid drop sheets throughout the house to protect our hardwood floors. Asked us a few times if we had any questions during the entire process. They were very thorough with the foam insulation and caulking around all the windows. That was a concern for us. At the end of day when the job was completed, they tidied up all around the house. Even my neighbour commented on how well they cleaned up around our homes. One minor problem was one of the crank handles was defective and was quickly replaced within a couple of days by Ben and Igor. Unfortunately it was the incorrect one and after we called Ron, he dropped off the correct one the same day! Awesome service Ron! Our conclusion...our experience with Clera was terrific. Thanks to Ron, Ben and Igor!

Everything went off without a hitch. John van den Broek the sales manager explained everything in detail. We were very impressed with the installation. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high energy efficient windows. We notice a huge difference in our electric bill.

Initially exited with the prospect of getting our windows on time and in the colour we specified, this company felt short in providing exactly that. They left us with a delay in our building process and with mismatched coloured windows. The communication was less than mediocre. The sales representative did not pick up his phone once. Messages were left and not returned. Emails were send and not replied. Only after management got involved the wheels started moving slowly but unfortunately to often into the wrong direction. They are obviously seriously overworked and not able to handle the load. The amount of reviews over such a short period of time just solidified my suspicion. I rather deal with a smaller company which actually cares about their customers.

We were impressed with the installation, it was fast, and they cleaned up after. The windows certainly make the house look a lot nicer. We are looking forward to seeing savings in our energy bills.

We had five windows replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. Rod explained the advantages of the new windows Kurtis and Borin did a great job installing the windows. We are very happy with our new windows.

Some bumps along the way with patio door installation regarding wiring (an outlet needed to be moved) which resulted in some problems. My husband had to do some unexpected exploration in our basement ceiling to find where wires were resulting in taking apart a bulkhead. Installer then ran wires from basement up to where outlet was (that had to be moved). Husband also had to buy wiring supplies from Rona. We expected the process would just be about moving the outlet over as we discussed on consultation visit with the installer. I understand things don't always go as planned though so we tried to be understanding and do our part to help him in rewiring the outlet. In process some mud was tracked on our wood stairs leading to the basement which were in process of being stained (now have to resand them again), wish they would have laid sheets where they walked. For the previous installation of windows and side door installer put a scratched handle on one window but told me it would be replaced when he came back to install patio door (their 2nd visit). He didn't have the right part on his second visit so wasn't able to. Said he'd be back Thurs to do it but was no call, no show. I had some issues with getting ahold of someone within company to have issue resolved which led to leaving this review. Dennis followed up immediately after posting review and installer came by and fixed the handle asap. Would have been better not to have to chase after them to properly finish our job before going onto next customer but we are overall pleased with the windows and doors. Cannot give a 10 rating because of customer service issues along the way but end result was good. Had the sense these contractors are being pushed hard to do as many jobs as possible and in process are not able to give proper attention to current customers in terms of follow-up on any issues. This needs to be addressed better within company for better customer satisfaction.

My husband and I needed to update our windows, so a friend of ours highly recommended Drew Bonsfield. Drew was FANTASTIC! He was extremely professional and very courteous. He completed the work in a very timely and effective manner, arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and made sure to tidy up after the work was completed. Drew helped us select the windows that were best suited for our needs and helped us stay within our budget. We will certainly use Drew Bonsfield and Clera Windows for any of our future window or door needs! Thank you so much Drew!

Having looked on HomeStars for window companies with good reviews, I decided to phone Clera to get a quote. From the initial conversation with Terry Blondin, I understood why the company is rated so highly. Terry was personable and professional, and helped us in choosing the right window styles and design for all our windows. Avni, who managed the installation, is also to be commended for his professionalism. He and his crew were efficient and skilled. The windows look fabulous, and I believe really add to the appeal of our century home.

We had Clera in to do a few of our windows. The quality and workmanship were top notch! I have and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Thanks for the great job John and Mike!
