We had 3 large Windows done by Clera Windows. Our sales rep was Gareth Jones, he was very friendly and gave us all the information that we needed to choose clera. We are very happy with our Windows. Can't wait to get new doors!

The team was efficient, professional and a great example of how a trusting company earns their reputation. Our family is in love with the way our new windows maybe brightened up our home and gave it a fresh new look! Rick was our sales rep. When he made the sales call, we had yet to do 100% of our due diligence so we were hesitant to commit. He was personable and very persistent and at the end, he sold us on replacement doors for both our main entrance as well as our basement w/o. After the sale, Rick was very responsive and made sure we were satisfied with our decision. He even let us change the glass style/pattern (to a more expensive design) at no extra cost! Miguel was our installer. Having watched him at work, I could tell he is very experienced and skilled at his job. Miguel and his team worked promptly and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with their workmanship and the quality of the installed product. I gave a 9/10 because I had to follow up several times with Miguel to get an update on when the doors would be ready and his availability (he had said it would take 4-5 weeks and I started inquiring after hearing nothing for 5 weeks). Also, Miguel and his team left in a hurry after the installation. Even though they did a great job, it would have been nice if he had taken the time to talk me through what they had done and gave some pointers on care/maintenance. Overall, despite a few shortcomings, I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of replacing your exterior doors. We are very happy with our new doors – they are everything as promised, at a reasonable price too.

I would like to highly recommend these gentlemen for their superior workmanship. Kevin,James,Ryan, and Paul did an outstanding job. Their salesman Adam Represented the company in a very professional manner and was friendly. Sometimes you are hesitant to hire a contractor fearing you may get the run around or be disappointed. I assure you that these guys are credible, neat with their workmanship, and far exceeded out expectations in every way. We saved a great deal of money with this company and found the right windows and patio door that we wanted. I very highly recommend these guys and I assure you they are the real deal. Well done by everyone involved.

I would highly recommend Clera windows and Doors. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and the installation work was very good. They are punctual and always very tidy. The product quality is excellent and the prices are very competitive. Bobby gave us wonderful advice while we were deciding on the many window options. His experience is invaluable. We love our new windows and doors from Clera and they look even better than we imagined they would. Our 30 year house looks like new again! We have the nicest looking windows in our area. The whole experience went very smoothly starting with Dennis, the sales consultant. He made the whole process of ordering so easy with his no pressure approach and gave us exactly what we ordered. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He brought samples of the windows and doors and answered all of our many questions. He returned my phone calls and emails promptly. The work crew was wonderful. They worked very hard for 3 days straight to get the windows done on time and cleaned everything up after themselves. We are 100% satisfied with the excellent job they did, the quality of the products they installed, and the great price. Without any reservations, we would recommend Clera windows and doors to anyone.

We decided to go with Clera Windows and Doors after meeting with the salesman. Drew was our installer and what a fantastic job he did for us. Professionalism at it's finest!!. Drew worked all day at doing the replacements his crew were clean respectful and took great care of our property. 100% satisfied great job on every level. I would recommend this company to anybody.

We just had new windows and doors put in at our home. We are very pleased with punctuality and timeliness with which the work was executed and completed. Further the company representative, Bobby, not only gave us a reasonable price, but also followed up to make sure all of the tasks were completed to our satisfaction. A shout out to Miguel, who worked 2 long days, in cold temperatures to have the job done. We have no hesitation in recommending their product and service to anyone looking for new windows and doors!!

I recently had my windows replaced and went with Clera. I was very impressed with the installer and his crew, Drew Bondsfield. Drew was extremely professional , polite, my house was kept clean during the process. The windows looked amazing and I would recommend using Clera and Drew Bondsfield to anybody having there windows replaced !!!
