From Ron who sold us the windows, to Ramesh who did the installation, great job all around. Worked on time, on budget, and took care of all glass removal as well. The windows are top quality and we received instructions on use and care as well. Ramesh should also be commended for keeping us apprised with everything that was going on. He came to us with any questions he had. True professional. Would recommend this team any time!

I RECENTLY HAD ALL MY WINDOWS REPLACED BY CLERA. FROM START TO FINISH THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. LES THE SALESMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED THE PROS AND CONS OF GOING WITH DIFFERENT STYLES. THE INSTALLERS WERE FAST, FRIENDLY, AND VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOB. MY HOUSE IS MUCH WARMER AND THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT. I'VE ALREADY PASSED THEIR NAME TO A FRIEND, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

Shawn was very professional, well informed on your product, and took his time to explain all the options. Melissa in the office was very courteous and helpful. She made the experience working with Clera a pleasant experience. The installation crew were very respectful, courteous and informative. They respected our wishes while they installed the windows. They were flexible on our availability. Pleasant to speak with.

We had our 100+ yr old windows replaced by John Haskett's franchise out of Brockville. They all look really terrific. Both John and Mike (the installer) were excellent about everything -- coming when they said they would, doing a nice-looking install, finishing quicker than we expected Really polite folks -- friendly & professional. Pleasure to deal with. We're very happy -- it's such a treat looking out the new windows!

Chris Larock, and his team of installers, provided excellent service and a quality product. Despite the weather, the replacement windows were installed with efficiency and skill. There was minimal disturbance to the household routine and upon completion all garbage was removed from the property.

Hi Roger - just wanted to let you know what a one of a kind worker you have and what a asset to this company Justin would be.In today's world I think it is harder to find in a employee with a good work ethic.You would almost think he owned this company by the way he works and does the little things ( clean up and workmanship ).Also in these weather conditions are crazy.Thanks again,and to the windows are very nice.Love the rounded top windows,they did a real nice job in trimming in around on the outside.

This week I had the most beautiful glass door installed. It replaces the small older window that looked out at the backyard. Clera Windows and Doors was a pleasure to work with from the beginning... Gene, my initial contact, was knowledgeable and patience with all my questions. Ramesh, the installer came to assess the job as it was going to be a tricky install. The double brick construction of the house was going to have to be cut on both sides and care needed to be taken because the base of the door was going to come close to the brick detail of the basement window below. On the day of the installation, Ramesh and his helper came early, worked hard in very cold weather and stayed late to make sure it was all done right. I had asked Gene that the flashing on the outside be black to match the old windows. Ramesh only had white with him on the day and I said OK that would be fine. At the end of the day Ramesh said it was too dark to finish up and he would have to return to finish... when he did come, he brought black flashing and caulking and finished the door beautifully. My contractor was very impressed with the door and the install and said it really changes the feeling of the house... "Pennies well spent!" was his final comment... iWe are so happy we went with Clera Windows and Doors! From first contact, you could tell that they have customer service down pat. John Van Den Broek (Branch Manager for Durham Area) was the one who came to see us to discuss options. John was knowledgeable, to the point, informative, and customer focused. We had so many questions and John was always there (phone and email) to answer our questions – thanks for being patient with us John! We had quite a few quotes done by other companies on HomeStar but we were happiest with the Clera product, price, warranty, and customer service. We ordered our Windows in October and were told that it would be approx. 2 months to the install date. We could have had the windows installed end of December but we decided to hold off until first week of January. Now for installation – We can’t say enough about Mario! He is an expert at what he does – his install was smooth, quick, and the end product was gorgeous! Clera Windows matched with Mario’s art and ability – Well Done! Thanks John and Mario
