The whole installation process went very well. The installers were here on Thursday & Friday (right on time might I add) and had to come back today to finish up the siding between/for the bay windows. Other than the slight delay in installation date- due to one of the windows being held back at the manufacturer (which we know was not your fault), all in all we are very happy with the work that was completed and your guys were very polite and professional throughout the whole process. We will for sure be in touch with you when we have funds to complete the rest of the windows in the house and we look forward to doing business with you and Chris again! Thank you for all your help and we look forward to passing on the message along that Clera windows & doors is a great company to work with!

I am very pleased with Clera's installation of the front door, side garage door, basement windows, also capping of areas. Our salesman, Dennis was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous in explaining everything to me. At no time did I feel pressured . . He always kept in contact with me when the installation dates had to change due to the bad weather. On the installation date, Ranjan and his crew arrived on time, were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, polite, took the time to answer any questions I had. They did an excellent job. What a difference the installation has made to my house. The quality of the materials far surpasses what I had expected. Many thanks to Dennis, Ranjan and his crew for such a positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Clera Windows and Doors to others, and would use them ,without hesitation, if I needed them in the future.

Just an overdue thanks to you and the crew.We have noticed a very positive difference in the house since installing the new windows. Less drafts, cooler in summer warmer in the winter. This cold winter has been a real test.

Clera just replaced all my windows. From sales to installation they were a joy to deal with. The sales rep took the time to explain to us all the different options, and answer all of our questions. The installation crew were just as professional. My house looks better, the windows work great, and my furnace works less. Great company, super guys to deal with. I would definitely recommend using them.

Last fall we purchased basement windows and a large living room window from Clera. The price was competitive and the product was of high quality. The salesman and the installers were very good at their jobs. We are so pleased with this company, we plan on having them replace our doors in the near future. Thumbs up Clera.

We were very satisfied with the level of service, quality of workmanship, as well as the professional, friendly, and courteous manner from our service rep, Denis, as well as the whole crew that did the installation. After having a very negative experience with another window installer years ago, it was comforting to know that companies such as Clera offer a high standard of service and respect for our home ... there was nothing to clean up afterwards. All furniture and floors were covered with drop cloths as they worked and came in and out of the house during a time of much snow. We would recommend Clera Windows to any of our friends or family.

We had a front door and front bay window installed. The door and windows themselves were extremely well made and the installation was done professionally and with great care. Alan took care of the ordering of the product and we got exactly what we expected - and more. Jeff's work on installation is second to none I have seen. The window installation required some finessing due to the shape of the window frame and the front deck but the finish is first rate. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we need to amend our previous rating and reduce it substantially. Five months after the install of our windows, We discovered May 24 weekend that they wouldn't close properly so we called the company to come and repair. It took weeks (Mid July) for the installer to show up and they were in and out again in 5 minutes saying it was the springs and would be a quick fix but they didn't have the parts with them. Jump ahead a month later and we finally got a commitment to show up on Aug 18th but the installer called the day of the appointment to say they wouldn't make it but that they would be there Tuesday. Tuesdays call was that they forgot the parts so Wednesday. Wednesday was a no-show, but got a text Thursday that they would be there Saturday at 11am - again a no show. I called head office and the sales rep. Sales rep was very good and got back to me quickly to say he was investigating, Called the head office on Aug 26th but have yet to hear back. Now we are Thursday Aug 28th and still no response from anyone since the weekend. The product is good, but the after sale service has been far less than impressive. Really disappointed in Clera. Very seamless approach. Ron, the salesman showed up quickly and was very helpful and informative. He kept us in the loop through the whole process. The installers were polite, reliable, and efficient. A quality product overall and would definitely recommend

We recently had Clera Windows install 6 new windows in our home. The sales representative Ken was amazing to work with, he was punctual, very professional, and friendly. The Clera windows crew that came to our home were very courteous even as the battled icy conditions. The windows that were installed look great and the installation was professionally done. We are so happy with our new windows, we plan to place another order with Clera, when were ready to replace the rest of the windows in our home. We would recommend Clera Windows and Doors to any of our friends or neighbours.
