My wife and I shopped around and found John Gainham from Clera windows and doors offered the best solution for our needs. The crew were very pleasant,professional and the products John recommended are very good quality. We are going to get a quote from John again in the New Year for some more windows and are confident that the project will go well. I recently had Drew and his crew replace all of our windows and two doors in our house. This crew was amazing very helpful and patient. Drew and Mike took their time in showing and explaining as the project went on as to how and what the current and following procedures were. Would recommend this company to anyone. Outstanding. After weighing 3 quotes from major players in the industry, I chose Clera to replace my windows and sliding patio door. Dennis' expert knowledge and advice was subsequently backed up by the diligence of Ranjan and his installation crew. A first class job all around, and the quality and workmanship of Clera's product surpassed all expectations. I have since contracted for the installation of a new porch enclosure in January. Where's our new front door Clera?! We ordered a new front door for our home on Sept. 3rd with an expected installation time of 6-8 weeks. 16 weeks later and there's still no door in sight despite chasing them for 3+ weeks. No follow ups as promised, just excuses. Not impressed with Clera at all, I would not recommend them.Answer from pro:

We are very pleased with all aspects of our new windows. From the sales rep. Dennis who knows his product & was able to answer all our concerns to the fast & professional installation. On the coldest day of the year Diego & Mike worked so diligently to get the job done. We are very glad we chose Clera. The windows were delivered and installed in the time frame discussed. The installers were friendly and neat and tidy during the work process. Our salesman followed up on the sale of the windows before,during and after the install. All good and I would and did recommend the company to other friends.
