However, we are not happy with the comment that you have been waiting for 6 weeks to get things fixed. Our installer has been to house several times, since the beginning of January (when you contacted head office). He was at your house on Saturday, Feb 8th to finish the door from outside and inside. You did not want them to finish the door as you are doing other renovations at your house and we believe that was the reason for air infiltration. Please look at the before and after photos. As per our installer, the inside temperature after fixing everything was around +4 degrees and not -20degrees as shown in your review. Our head office contacted you on Monday and assured you that if you are still not happy with the result, we will arrange someone else to go out and look a at the situation. I am not sure what has caused you to changed your mind and change your review again. We are arranging to send our best crew to your house and we are confident that he will be able to rectify your problem. Our company rely on your local branches for correct information. The copy of the email attached was sent to our local branch on Jan 23rd after seeing your review on another site. Our local branch by that time had assured us that they have looked after your concern (you already changed your review) and waiting for the suppliers input. Please give us time to rectify your problem and we assure you that you will be looked after just like thousands of other customers.
