    replacement windows

    We had the second story windows replaced. Pierre and his crew did an awsome job, the windows look great and function well no problems. The old windows came out fast and the new ones went in just as fast Pierre and his crew know what they are doing thats for sure. The finished windows look great.

    New windows

    We had two bathroom casement style windows replaced recently. We had the outside painted to match our existing windows. We used a retro-fit installation, and are very happy with the appearance of the new windows The shutters never had to be removed! I especially like the handles that came with them because they fold away neatly. Cash, our consultant did a good job of telling us about the windows and of helping us decide what style to go with, and about the choices for installation. Pierre and his helper were fast, and did an excellent job! The capping is perfect. I would recommend this company to my family and friends, and already have!

    All windows and patio doors

    Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Len was supremely knowledgeable about the product. Drew's installation team was fantastic. We are already experiencing a difference with our replacement windows. We absolutely love them!

    New Front Door

    I just wanted to take the time to say how pleased I am with the advice, quality and installation of my new door system. I met with John Gainham to discuss my options. I had a builder grade door with a very small side lite. When we met,John suggested I purchase a 42" door instead of what I currently had. It would eliminate the small side lite and give me a wider door to bring furniture etc. into my home along with giving me dramatic curb appeal that none of my neighbours had. Sometimes you buy something different and worry how it will turn out. I must say the look of the door exceeds my expectations and I have had great comments from four different people and I've only had the door for a week. I appreciate the style advice and the quality and will recommend John and his team anytime.

    Windows and Doors

    I highly recommend Clera Windows. As of late I'm having a lot of work done to my house so I've come across my fair share of contractors. In making the upgrades to my home I also had a lot of windows and doors replaced that had seen their day. I went with Clera and glad I did... the options available today were far more than I had before and less expensive than I remember them being. The sales guy was very helpful, but even more impressive was John who installed everything. Very warm, very friendly, and very responsive... he really made the experience. The windows are great too... living on a fairly busy street with TTC going by all the time makes it loud at times and while it isn't completely silent it's a whole lot quieter which was an added benefit I didn't expect.

    new home windows and door

    Very nice windows. Pat Herne was very promt in responding too a quote request. Very explicit in explaining the benifit of his product. After providing a full construction print and countless emails explaining in detail what was needed he assured me many times that clera was the best window for this project. Pat and the representative's at fm industries totally over looked the details. There was countless mistakes and missing items. Pat was very quick too demand extra payment on top og the agreement and has yet too fix the smallest details he overlooked. November 12th. 2013. Thank you too the Mangememt at Clera for committing too resolve my issues regarding this order. This was clearly a case of misunderstanding on both part. I truly appreciate you willingness too compromise. Dec 18th. After reaching another agreement( in writing) clera fails too follow through with its commitment. Most problems were fixed. The managment cheaply neglects the smallest and easiest details.

We understand your frustration but we do not manufacture windows from the blueprints and that is why we ask our sales people to sit down with customers and go in details with sales agreement.     Windows

    We had all 12 windows & 2 doors replaced in our house. I am happy with my new windows. The installers were great they completed the job in no time at all. I have yet to put up my window coverings because I don't want to cover my windows that was a month ago now.

    Windows

    We had 8 windows done in our home by Dave B. Dave was very professional and did a fantastic job on all of the windows. He was quick and did a solid job on each one. He was always available if we had questions, and was always on time. Will definitely recommend him and Clera to all of our friends and family. We're looking forward to getting the rest of our windows done by him in the future. Thanks so much!

    windows and door

    Two years ago my wife and I bought a new front door and some windows from Chris Larock at Clera. The windows are great, the door is great , they look beautiful and we have had lots of compliments on them.The install was neat and clean, very professional. Two weeks ago we had an issue with the deadbolt malfunctioning, I called Chris and within fifteen minutes he had sourced me a new cylinder for my lockset from the manufacturer ,and we had it fixed in no time flat. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris Larock at Clera . His service and attention to detail are nothing less than remarkable.

    Renovations

    Recently installed replacement windows & frames. Amazed with the product and Rick (salesman), who is very professional, friendly, promptly answered my questions and definitely a man of his word! The installers who also removed the old windows and frames were awesome, precise and so neat. A perfect job and incredible team!! I cannot thank them all enough!!
