We were very impressed with our Clera rep Vick and signed on to replace 11 windows. Vick is very pleasant to work with and was very patient with us as we had many questions about the project. Vick cares about his customers and wants them to have an excellent experience - and it shows. Vick was there on the day of the installation and followed up with us after the job was completed. We felt confident about our order knowing that we were going with the right selection of windows. We even replaced a couple of leaded glass windows. The windows are excellent quality and they look fantastic! We were also very impressed with the installer Arian. He did a fantastic job replacing our windows to perfection. It was a real pleasure to work on our project with Vick and Arian. I would definitely recommend Vick at Clera Windows and Doors.

We used cleara windows twice and both times everything was on time. We deal with John from the Pickering office and he was great with his product knowledge and offering the best product for what we're looking for. The installers were Great too. We would use and recommend cleara.

I have used Clera recently for replacing the old windows on the main floor of my house and I was quite pleased with the quality and neatness of their work. Vick Dhawan was very pleasant to deal with at the time we placed the order with him. He also showed up on the day the window-installers came over, to ensure that everything would be smooth and, subsequently, called a few days later to enquire if there were any concerns that we had. Ramesh and his assistant who installed the windows did a great job with the installation. I intend using the services of Clera for replacing the windows of my basement as well, in the spring of next year.

We have had the opportunity to use Clera windows on 2 occasions over the last couple of months due to renovations. One in the kitchen the other for the bathroom. In both occasions we dealt with john van den broek who was very helpful , professional and ensured the windows were on time and exactly what was required. Fantastic service and quality. Would definitely use Clera windows again.

We had gotten several quotes on new windows and doors and Clera was the most competitive and by far a superior product !!! John and Cindy van den Broek were very helpful in answering all our questions with regards to the product and the status of our order and install date. The crew that installed the windows were very courteous and professional and completed the job to our expectations and then some. We have had many comments from family and friends with the look of our new windows and doors and have had neighbors inquire as to who we used to purchase and install our windows as they have changed the appearance of our house substantially!!! Window Service Five years ago I had my windows replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. Recently I had a few minor issues . I called Todd and he came by a few days later. He was in and out of my house in 20 minutes and all my windows are operating perfectly again. It nice to deal with a company that stands behind they’re warranty.

We had used Clera Windows about 15 years ago and I remembered the great service we had received back then so when it came time in our new home to replace our front door and patio doors, I knew who to call. Dennis K. our salesperson was extremely professional and didn't try to "hard sell" any products - he listened to what we wanted and then made suggestions. The installers were professional and did an amazing job. Dennis also stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was a job well done and I would highly recommend Clera to anyone considering doors and/or windows. The prices are very competitive and the professionalism of the sales team and the installers is the best!

Having had most of our windows replaced by Clera in recent years, I had absolutely no hesitation in calling them in to replace my front door this year. I knew I would have no concerns about quality and standard of material, workmanship and prompt follow-up should there be any difficulties arising after installation. We asked Clera for a quote to replace two basement windows and one bathroom window. In short order, their staff came and took measurements and provided a quote. We decided to go ahead and after the windows were built - staff called and arranged a time to install them. Then, they came and did the work right on time and exactly on budget. We are very happy with the improved windows and the installation (especially the clean-up). Clera staff were professional and courteous to deal with and they maintained their schedule and our budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get new, high quality windows.
