Excellent Job! You need to read to see how great our experience with Clera was! I never usually write reviews, but I needed to this time, hope it is helpful, sorry it is long! Chris Larock from Clera had sold us our windows, he was so friendly and worked so hard to get us exactly what we wanted and affordable. I would recommend this company to all, and infact I had already recommended them to a neighbour who Chris met with me and is setting up an appointment with them as we speak. We had several other companies quote but went back to Chris, he was very honest and we got exactly what he said we would. Chris is not the pushy saleman, he will let you take your time to make up your mind if you need to, we did and called him back. His installer Avni and the team of installers were absolutely wonderful, on time, and they knew what they where doing and were fast and very clean about their work, they cleaned up after themselves. They work so hard. I liked that Chris had his own installers and didn't sub-contract like other window company's do or building stores do, than you never know what workmanship you are getting. We have a very old home that came into more issues but Avni always knew what to do and he could fix anything, even know the job was harder than they quoted they never charged anymore, they gave us the price they quoted. Many companies try to nickle and dime you after the install, we know we had a couple of windows installed in the past. Clera installed a bay window and patio door along with 6 other windows, two windows they changed the sizes one smaller and one bigger and you would never even know it, the outside was capped beautifully and the colour we wanted, not just white, and the inside finished. The patio door was a new install into the side of our house, beautiful! Like i said if your nervous of your windows being installed, this company can handle it all and it rained the next day after install and not a problem. I even messed up their caulking job accidently touched it before it dried and Avni was finished the job, but he laughed and came back and fixed it for me. He showed us how to work all the windows, even how to remove so we could put our air conditioners in the window. The next day I called Chris Larock, I had forgotten how to use the one window and he came to my house and showed me how to use the window. I think Chris Larock and his installers in hamilton are probably the best company to deal with. We had the sliding door kick lock not work as good as it should, it might be that it is new, but Chris and Avni said they will just order another one and they are replacing it. It works just a little stiff. They are responding well to warrantly, which was very important to us, that was another reason why we wanted to deal with Clera Window, because they have such great warranty, probably never have to use the warranty, the quality of the windows are amazing, i have family that used to work in the window industry and these windows are built to last. Oh and the best part for the women out their they are so easy to clean, great how you can clean the window from the inside, now you can have shiny windows all the time, but they don't seem to get dirty easy! But to clean a couple of minutes and your done. Great! Now we will save on our heating costs as well! Our family recently purchased a small starter cottage in Lake Erie. One item that required immediate repair was the sliding door that was the highlight of the cottage as it emptied out onto the patio. I was referred to Clera Windows/ Door as a company that would assist with the most cost effective way to replace the door. Gareth Jones from Clera came out and answered all the "newbe" questions I had and helped me select a suitable replacement within our budget. I appreciated the helpfulness that Mr. Jones provided on a relatively small purchase.

We needed almost all of our windows replaced as the house was incredibly drafty in the winter. We contacted several companies, including Clera. We selected Clera for several reasons: 1. They provided the best value in terms of purchase price and future service (if required). 2. The sales agent (Terry Blondin) was honest and truthful, even recommending that we keep some of the existing windows and recommending new caps 3. They offered flexible financing options at reasonable rates. When the installation date arrived, the installation crew was courteous, answered all of our questions about the installation and were fast. We had 13 windows replaced in only one day. They also ensured that the house was clean from debris when they were finished. Within a day we noticed a difference in the house. The entire process was easy and we would recommend Clera to anybody.

We just got our replacement windows installed from Clera Windows. Very impressed with the windows and the installers were thorough and courteous and clean-up was good. Salesman Garreth was professional and available whenever we had a question. Recommended him to many of our friends already.

I'd like to thank Eugene Morlando of Clera Windows and Doors for the great quality of the work, professionality and punctuality. I would also recommend this company and products in regards to price/quality.

The quality of installation was fabulous, the work and price was worth every dollar. Dealing with Clera Windows was a good experience. Easy to communicate, professional and clean work. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, and everything was done fast. I would definitely recommend and would use Clera windows again.

Frank was friendly and very informative, and provided a number of options when it came to our questions regarding the windows we were having replaced. We love that this is a Canadian company and that windows are made locally. The installation team, Drew, Ryan and Jim were incredible. They did a fantastic job in just two days. Our salesperson Dennis arrived on time & was very knowledgable and extremely helpful in selecting the appropriate materials. He took his time suggesting materials, explaining the manufacturing and installation process, as well as answering any questions or concerns we had. The installer was excellent. He was punctual, friendly and did a great job. We are very pleased with the quality of window and doors and have received many compliments from our family and neighbours. We would not hesitate to recommend Dennis from Clera to any friends or family.

Words cannot express my unbelievable experience with your company. From our very first contact, our consultation with Jeff, Laverne and the insulation of the windows it has been the best experience I have had with home maintenance companies. Clera's team is not just knowledgeable and professional, they are friendly. I know more about windows and the importance of shims after the very in depth sales consultation with Jeff. Jeff also stopped by on the day of insulation and again a week later to ensure we were happy. Laverne is a fantastic worker who truly knows his job. I have already recommend this unbelievable company to my family, friends and neighbors.
