Last year we decided that the double bay window at the front of the house should be replaced. The large window on the upper floors seal was gone and both had areas of rotten frame. We received several quotes but decided to go with Clera windows as the salesman, Joe Pinheiro was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. We decided at this time to also replace the front door and side lights,the window above the door and the garage side window. This was in mid July and an install date was made for early September. About a week after Gil the installer arrived to measure up so the windows could be manufactured to the exact specs. Gil arrived as scheduled in September and over the next few days replaced everything, Joe coming by on day two to check on the install progress. The quality of the job and product is excellent , we have not had any problems. We still have the remainder of the windows in the house to replace and when we do Clera will be the people to call.

We have been very pleased with the quality of the product, as well as the excellent customer service. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of our questions. He understood our price point and did not try to up-sell or push for add-ons. The installers were very respectful of our home, and kept the dust and debris to a minimum. After making a miscalculation of the bay window, the installers came back and upgraded the basement window flashing free of charge. We would definitely recommend Clera to our family and friends!

I'm a single mom and never thought I would be able to replace my windows. Clera Windows made if very affordable for me, not only that but my windows and doors look fantastic. I'm very happy I chose to go with Clera Windows and would recommend them to anyone.

My experience dealing with Clera Windows and Doors was very positive, we used them 3 years ago to replace all of our windows and just recently used them to replace our front entrance door. . It is nice to see quality work and people who care. The door is fantastic and beautiful and improves my homes appearance and gives it that curb appeal we were looking for. It was not an easy selecting our new door, but Terry Blondin was tremendous and went out of his way to help us, even made special trips to our home to bring samples and magazines to help us with our selection. It was great to see the same installer that did my windows also install my front door; they were professional and did a great job. The door has been installed for a few weeks and there have been no issues, but based on my experience with my windows, Terry is always there to help and get issues resolved. Again, the product and the service is great and like my windows the experience with the door was also enjoyable, I will use Clera Windows and Doors in my future renovation plans.

Clera just installed my new back door, basement door and two dinning room windows. Paul and his installation crew Romelle and Randy did a great. I am very happy and look forward to have the rest of my windows done in the future.

The windows are beautiful looking, are easy to open and close and make the rooms much more comfortable. I badly needed four windows and a patio door replaced for sometime now but I am very skeptical about believing most salesmen promoting their one-of-a-kind outstanding products, so I decided to get a few quotations to compare products, pricing and service. After a really horrible experience with one so-called installer claiming to be owner/manufacturer/installer etc of a window company who frequently advertises in home renovation brochures, I was lucky to have a co-worker recommend Clera Windows & Doors. My call was promptly returned and an appointment was set-up with Frank Altieri, sales manager in my area. Frank showed up on time and immediately I felt comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge of his product and service. They are a family based company for many many years and take pride in maintaining an impeccable reputation in their field. What is unique about Clera Windows & Doors is that they manufacture their own product and have their own dedicated installers…no out-sourcing..so they have hands-on control over the whole process, from the manufacturing time and the installation time. Frank Altieri took his time to explain to me the difference between retro-fit vs brick-to-brick installation and gave me his honest recommendation that due to the extensive rot to my frames and sill, that I needed the brick to brick installation, while being a little more expensive now, I would save myself a lot of grief and problems in the long run. The other companies just told me it was up to me what I wanted to do. I was upfront with Frank that I needed a few days to review my quotations. He did not push me for a quick decision nor did he put down any other company. He answered all my other inquiries promptly. His quote was competitive, but in the end it was really his honest and professional personality that won him my business. He set-up the scheduling with the installer. Drew and his crew called ahead of time to confirm the installation. Arrived on time and had his crew working so efficiently that they got the job done within the time-frame they had said it would take. They were so polite and courteous and did a fantastic job. Frank Altieri also contacted me to follow up after the installation to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely call Frank back when I’m am ready for my other window and door requirements and I will highly recommend Clera Windows & Doors to all my family and friends.

Denis was my point of contact with Clera windows and doors. Pathway Child care centre received all new windows. Denis was very helpful in choosing the correct style and function for the daycare. The installers were very patient and courteous while installing during business hours. I recommend to anyone looking for their services.
