Something that could have been extremely stressful turned out to be a wonderful experience in our lengthy process of home renovating! Bobby Cardoso called the same day I submitted a request online for a free estimate to set up a visit for two days later. After showing up on time he measured every window and door while discussing our needs/ wants with respect to the product options available to us. His extensive knowledge of the product and options available to the customer informed us thoroughly and put us at ease for this potential large purchase. With a follow up to come tomorrow, we are beyond satisfied with the information provided and the quote outlined. We just had all our windows and doors replaced by Clera and are very pleased with the products and installation. We were impressed with John van den Broek, the Clera sales manager. His professional presentation of the windows and doors convinced us and made us feel that we were getting good value with the Clera product. The windows and doors transformed the look of the house, the first thing we noticed how quiet the house is now …. we can’t hear the traffic! The installers were very knowledgeable and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We went full frame out recommended by John. We really love the way the trim work and overall finish turned out. I would highly recommend anyone looking for windows or doors to give John a call.

I have lived in Toronto since 1967 and have been a homeowner since 1976. In my experience, Clera Windows and Doors is one of the finest organizations in its field in the GTA and I would highly recommend their professional sales staff and proficient installers, especially but not specifically for patio doors and front door systems. They came highly recommended by our long-time neighbours who recently had Clera do a project for them. They were really impressed with the crew that did the installation, saying everything was done in one day and they left the work area spotless. That was recommendation enough for us!

I've just had my home office window replaced because of a crack in the old glass. I didn't anticipate how incredibly quiet and warm my office would become. The new window is so well engineered. It's worth every penny. This was the 7th time I've used Chris Larock and Avni's services and I have never had a complaint. We've had a bay window , a front door, a basement door, 3 sliders and now the office window done. Always a happy customer!
