We are very pleased with the service we received from John Gainham and his team , they temporally fixed our doors and when the new parts arrived they made an appointment and installed the required parts and completely resolved the problem to our satisfaction. We are grateful for the attention to our needs. We highly recommend John and his team.

We needed our 30 year old windows replaced and I knew this would be a huge investment and wanted to make sure we got the best windows for our dollar. I found Clera on Homestars and I am so happy I called them. Rick, the sales rep, booked a day and came, took measurements, made suggestions and discussed what we were looking for. I changed my mind numerous times and each time Rick re did the quote and really worked with me on what I wanted. Finally, after months of going back and forth, we ordered the windows. In Feb, John and his team of installers put the window in. They were polite, clean and efficient. We have noticed a huge difference in noise reduction as well as heat retention in the house. The windows are beautiful to look at and are a very high quality product. From beginning to end, I have been so pleased with this company. Rick was patient and helpful thru the whole process and the installation went great. I would definately recommend Clera to anyone I know and will use them again as needed. Great service and product.

We bought our front door from Clera We were in need of a new front door for some time. From wood rot to horrible drafts, my wife and I couldn’t stand to keep putting a towel at the base to keep air out. We checked out Clera, because of their outstanding reputation. I just recently had windows installed throughout the house. We are quite satisfied with the overall product. The whole transaction went quite smooth. The workers were courteous, attentive and quite skilled. The salesman Vito was also very nice with a world of knowledge. He was also present on the installation day, ensuring complete satisfaction. We have used Clera Windows twice since we have moved into our house. This past January was to replace one of the last windows. The reasons why we returned were because the windows we replaced 12 years ago are still like new and about 5 years after we replaced our 2 bay windows, our sales representative, Gerald, dropped off new crank shafts for them, saying at manufacturing level they had changed, although we had never had a problem with them. This service before and after told us that Clera Windows stands behind their product. Gerald, our sales representative, was there when we bought windows 12 years ago and still with the company . This also said a lot to us. Gerald understands and is fully knowledgeable about windows. Our installer Jeff this time was punctual, and cleaned up after, just like the other installers 12 years ago, amazing. We have recommeded Clera windows to friends and the ones that have gotten windows/doors from Clera have been extremely satisfied with Gerald and with the installation process.

Fantastic support and attention to detail from customer service, sales and installation. Pierre went above and beyond during installation when he found our last contractor to be deficient with regards to insulation. The new door and windows have brightened our main floor immensely. All in all we couldn't be more pleased!

This is the third time that I have had windows installed by Bill....Pierre and Brian were here recently and I can honestly say that they were very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and completed the installation in a very timely fashion......I would definitely recommend these guys for any window installation as they are the best.....Walt Straub

When we met with John Gainham he took the time to explain all of the options available to us with regards to window styles, method of installation and what to expect from his team of installers. He showed us the windows and explained the benefits of his products. John's follow up and site visit during the installation made us comfortable with choosing to do business with Clera windows & doors. The installation crew were skilled, on time and very efficient. Last year we began an extensive renovation that included the replacement of all of our windows (that were 40+ years old). We chose Clera Windows & Doors because they were recommended by family and friends. Well, these new (vinyl) windows were installed perfectly and look amazing. The old, aluminum windows were drafty and difficult to remove when it came to spring cleaning. During the renovation we elected to upgrade the insulation in the walls with spray-foam. This in combination with the new, vinyl windows has made a huge difference as the furnace now spends most of its time off instead of running continuously. The difference in comfort combined with the reduction in heating and air-conditioning bills is truly impressive! This year, we decided to extend the renovation to include an additional fixed window and patio door on the main floor. Again, due to the high insulating value, quality, and expert installation, we chose Clera Windows & doors. When you factor the rising cost of energy and add up all the bills, the cost to replace windows and doors is not a luxury (in my opinion) but a worthwhile investment that will pay for itself.
