Unfortunately, we cannot control the wait times on patio doors, we ourselves are not the manufacturers of the patio doors, and we are at the mercy of the suppliers. Since the Covid-19 impacted all our lives product delays are very common and are beyond our control, we try very hard to accommodate all our customers quickly and efficiently. There is an industry-wide shortage of some key raw materials and this supply disruption has affected the timely production of windows and doors causing late deliveries and installations. We assure you that we are doing everything possible to resolve the situation and avoid delays. We have reached out to the supplier and your local branch manager will contact you to update you on the status of your order. We hope after the installation of your doors that you will reconsider your 0-rating and give us a chance to earn your confidence again in us. We thank you for you business and wish you the best!
