Hello Keith, We are extremely sorry for your bad experience, and this is unfortunate for us to receive your 0 rating, especially when I have several e-mails of communication with you along with phone conversations addressing your issue of the tiny debris in between the decorative glass. We understand your frustration about the delay and you are very likely trying to escalate the issue by saying you spent $6000.00 whereas the actual agreement was for only $3800. You forwarded me a video of the issue in September 2022 which was forwarded to the glass manufacturer to review. Once the manufacturer replied I informed you(see email below) that the glass was ordered and that we were waiting for the glass company to ship it to us. As everyone knows that there are still issues with supply chain and any product that is custom-made will take more time than normal. We are very sorry and disappointed to read that you think there is something fishy going on, Clera is a family run business and we have been proudly serving thousands of happy customers for over 45 years. We regard our lasting presence in the industry as a testament to our great products, and excellent customer service. Most of the manufacturing facilities were closed during holidays for up to 3 weeks and we are following up on your glass with our supplier regularly. As soon as the glass arrives, we will schedule someone to replace the glass. We thank you, and we wish you well. Rita Clera Windows and Doors Keith, The new door insert has been ordered. As soon as it’s ready the manufacturer will notify us, no idea how long it could take, the glass manufacturer will not provide us with an approximate time. I am sorry you feel you have received inadequate service and you have the need to take this matter to a higher level. I have been in contact with you several times addressing your issue and doing my best to resolve it as quickly as possible. You will be contacted as soon as we receive the door insert to book an installation appointment
