    SLIDING DOOR

    We ordered a sliding door with between-the-glass blinds in May 2022. It was installed in Nov 2022. Very happy with the install and the door. Job well done. Professional, courteous, very happy with the purchase.

    Window and Door Replacement

    We have only good things to say about our experience with Clera Windows and Doors. Dennis was very knowledgeable and guided us to make the best choices for our replacement of 15 windows and a door. When we had questions, they were answered promptly and thoroughly. The installation crew was fantastic! Johnny and his crew were very competent and skilled in their work. They answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. They were courteous and punctual. They arrived when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality of their work. The job was completed significantly sooner than we thought it would be considering the number of windows that had to be replaced. Their attention to detail was outstanding. It was obvious that they took pride in their work. The windows are beautiful and we are very pleased with the initial quality of Clera's products and the lifetime parts and labour warranty to support them. We look forward to years of enjoying our new windows and door.

    Home Windows

    We used this company for 2 homes now. Salesman is friendly and kind. Did not feel like I was being pressured to buy. Very knowledgeable too. Installers are great. Clean, quick and do not leave a mess. Recommeded this company to family and no complaints.

    Replaced all 15 Windows 4' x 6' & capping outside

    We would love to express our gratitude to Cash & Isaias for a great job. We had to wait for the windows but that is the time right now. When they received them, we were able to book the time and have them installed. Isaias was able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. A fantastic job!     Living room windows

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!! Ordered our windows in April 2021 Emails and phone calls are seldom returned with little or no information on when we will receive our windows. Always pointing blame on sub contractor or installer does not cut it.... Hoping to have some answers before we hit the two year mark this April.. Shame on you Clera

    Windows and door replaced …. Terrible

    Run! We had our windows/door replaced and it was a mess! I do not usually write these posts but it never ends with our new windows. We were told by our Clera sales rep we had the best crew coming. Well, the crew never showed up on time, talked bad about Clera and took 7 days to install our 11 windows and door. We had a mismeasured window by over 10 inches off and we discovered that their crews are ex-roofers. The crew also damaged our floors and left a mess. We spent over $25,000 to now have drafty creeky windows especially when its windy. The caulking on the inside is already cracking. To communicate with Clera takes constant follow up. We were told they would do a post installation inspection to make sure all was good, well this NEVER happened. I miss my old windows!

    patio door

    I purchase a patio door in June and was expecting delivery in September but i did get it until January 2023. I was not happy with the delay but now that the door is installed I am happy with the patio door and the instalation. The installer was very professional. He did a great job. arjune

    Windows and Front Door - Great Experience!

    We are very happy with the work Clera did with replacing our windows and front door. Hans and his install team provided great communication and quick and tidy work from start to finish. Very professional outfit. Highly recommended!

    WINDOW REPLACMENT

    We needed to replace our windows and asked for quotes from 5 companies. All the quotes were within a couple of thousand $ so we made our decision based on the professionalism of the consultant who came to give us the quote, the quality of the windows and the manufacture location of the windows. Due to the final quote of close to $30K, we decided to complete the project over 2 years (half the windows in 2022 and the other half in 2023). The interest of the company to complete it over 2 years also factored into our final decision and we selected Clera Windows. Greg, the Clera Consultant was very professional and personable. He explained the process from start to finish in detail, the quote by window and gave us options on dividing the quote over 2 years. He was also very clear on the consequences of doing it over 2 years (ie the 2nd year quote may be higher). Other consultants were not that clear. With the problems on supply and delivery that we are experiencing this year, he constantly kept us advised on the final delivery date for the windows so we could plan for installation. The windows finally arrived. Trevor, the lead installer with a crew of 2 (Dave and Scott), were very professional. Trevor kept us advised on every step of installing the windows. He had to take addition time removing some old windows and installing the new windows since the old windows had not been installed correctly. Again he kept us advised of the process on an ongoing basis. Trevor and his crew were never late arriving on schedule. They were personable and friendly and completed the project on time. Any additional requirements (ie additional caulking) were quickly completed. We will be asking for Trevor and his crew for Phase 2. Greg is now working on the quote for Phase 2. Clera Windows, Greg, Trevor and his crew of Dave and Scott are highly recommended for window replacement

    New Windows

    I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the service and professionalism for Jonathan and Avni. Throughout the process, we were kept informed and they helped make a great decision with the new black windows, our house has been transformed and looks amazing. Jonathan took the time to help make and tinker various quotes until we found exactly what worked for us and followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything. The installation process was incredibly smooth and we are very happy with our choice to go with Clara windows.
