Lavern did an excellent job of installing our windows and doors. No big mess to clean up when I got home and none of the century old trim around the windows had to be removed to install the windows. I am so impressed!! Thanks for the wonderful job!

The window frames were scratched when they installer them and the installer did not do a proper job installing the windows. We have had water and air infiltation not to mention that they have since fired the original installer and had another come to repair his work. We then had them inspected through S.A.W.D.A.C , that sets the industry standards for instalation and we are still waiting for deficiences to be taken care of. Please have your windows inspected before paying if you do hire this company.

We got Adam from Clera to come over and install all new windows in our home. He was flexible with timing and the windows have been great! love the look. Also, we had a issue with one of the windows having a small crack - likely from manufacture - and it was not even an issue getting it replaced!! thanks so much!

I would highly recommend Clera/FM windows. The whole process from working with Adam the sales person to the installation done by Kevin and Ryan went smoothly and without a hitch. Our sales person was knowledge and answered all my questions. Our installers were professional and friendly, and made sure the windows fit perfectly. All the old materials were taken away and the outside of the house was also cleaned up. I would use Clera again.

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. I will give you the short version of my story to keep things simple. I hired this company originally to replace some doors a few years ago. I had a nightmare installer who ruined walls, hardwood floors, carpet and was simply awful. Doors were not installed properly and my original review was really bad based on this experience. The owners of the company apologized and were willing to do anything to make up for it. I needed my windows replaced so they offered me a great discount. They also re-installed the doors. Install went better this time. We had Runjun (sp?) who was very nice and punctual along with his team. My issue now is in the quality of the product--the caulking outside was only done half way up because they couldn't reach the other half of my very tall windows. I would have paid for a cherry picker or scaffolding but they said they could do it. They even put a ladder on top of their truck which did not look safe. So now I have leaking windows and the caulking that they did do is peeling off…again (they already re-did it once). Anytime I brought up these issues, they were brushed off and I ended up feeling like a was an annoying customer to them, when all I want is windows that don't leak. My neighbors used the same company but different installers and theirs is fine, so why can't my installers get it right? My windows also have moisture on them and moisture in between the panes of glass--this shouldn't happen to newer windows. Clera Windows--I wanted to give you a 10 but all I can give is a 3. We had a lot of back and forth and it's still not right. I'm happy to send you pictures of my water stained window sills and my peeling caulking that all needs to be redone. I shouldn't have to have this all done again. I'm not happy at all and would never recommend using them. This spring I will have to hire someone to re-caulk everything

The two gentlemen arrived on time. They did a professional job. I love the product and they cleaned up all 3 rooms. The following day, your representative demonstrated how to operate the windows. I found the price of the windows very reasonable!

We had our windows in our previous home replaced by Clera and were very happy with the quality of work. When our new home needed a side door replaced we decided to go with Clera again and are pleased with the new door. The installers even covered the old milk bottle hatch for us so it looks better with the new door and is more energy efficient - and they did so all of their own accord.

I had a window changed in December 2012 by Clera Windows. & Doors. The contact person or sales person was Frank Altieri who was always pleasant, easy to talk to and accomodating. He arranged someone to measure my window in a timely manner and the person was efficient and prompt in the measurements. The installer was a nice person and the window was installed as per the arranged appointment. There was no mess. I highly recommend Clera Windows and Doors as everything was done in a professional way.

I am a repeat customer of Clera/FM, and based on past and present experience would highly recommend their products and services. Our windows were installed on the date quoted, by professional and friendly installers who made every effort to ensure the finished product was perfect! All old materials were taken away and the garden and patio cleaned up. The sales experience was also great with our sales rep (Dennis) being cheerful, courteous, honest and very knowledgeable. They were competitively priced with a great lifetime warranty, and we have noticed an improvement in our thermostat setting since the install. Excellent experience all around, and for the second time! Highly satisfied and would recommend Clera/FM to anyone looking for replacement windows or doors.
