Our salesman, Dennis, was punctual, friendly, articulate & knowledgeable. Ranjan and his crew replaced all windows & doors in our 45 year old Brampton home over a period of 3 visits. We are pleased with the installation and would recommend FM Industries.

We had Adam come to our house to provide an estimate. He was very thorough and had great advice when it came to design and options. He spoke very highly of the installers Kevin and Ryan who also did a fantastic job. Our new door looks amazing and our entrance is no longer cold on the tile. It has really made a big difference to the look and feel of our home. Thanks again Adam, happy to recommend you and your team!

Recently we have all windows (11), patio doors (2) and one storm door in our house replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. I'm glad to say dealing with Frank Altieri was a very pleasant experience. He is knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. He was punctual for his appointment on October 9. Home improvement is never in my vocabulary. In the meeting, Frank took the time explaining various window options and services in great detail. He even nourished a quote for us on the spot within our budget line. There were questions raised prior to the installation. On all occasions, Frank was quick to respond and provide answers to our satisfaction. The installation was conducted professionally. Other than a few minor outstanding adjustments, the job was conducted clean and on schedule. There was additional work needed during the process and was done well within reasonable extra cost. I have no hesitation recommend Frank and his company to anyone interest in window and door replacement.

He listened to our concerns, and made every effort to resolve the problems that we were having after the original installation. We needed an emergency front door and Dennis Kwasnicki went out of his way to ensure our home was secured and that a rush order was placed for a replacement. Ranjan and his crew were very professional, doing an excellent job installing the new door, paying attention to the smallest details, and leaving the site clean and tidy. The door itself is very nice and looks great. Overall, I'm very impressed with Clera, Dennis and Ranjan. They were on-time, on-budget, and extremely helpful. You don't find that combination too often!

I am so pleased with my new windows. The installers were very considerate of my home, they were pleasant and polite. Job was completed in two days, as promised. All stickers were removed. I just wanted to make you aware that I am extremely satisfied with my recent purchase from Clera Windows & Doors. The sales man Alan was great to deal with and was very knowledgable. You can tell he is proud of and stands behind the product he sells. The doors were shipped and installed in a timely fashion.
