We wanted to design our own windows. After a long search, finally, we found a flyer from Clera Windows. Thanks Dennis for your quick responses in helping us to get exactly what we wanted, professional guys to do the job and on time too. Petes & Sands.

Terry Blondin was most helpful when it came to picking out the proper type of new window for my living room and responded to email questions very quickly. The installers came, to my pleasant surprise, a couple of minutes before the appointed time and worked quickly and well together and did a great job. I'm very happy with my new window and wouldn't hesitate to use Clera again for their services.

I found Clera to be very professional. Frank was able to answer all my questions and would return my call asap. the installers were on time, explained the process and did a great job and cleaned up. The life time guarantee was a big selling feature for me.

I have dealt with Eugene for our previous place as well, and I've recommended the company to my neighbours as well. A little bit pricey, but I would rather pay a little more for this quality. And they give you life warranty. I love the selection for the windows and doors. For our new place we had Miguel do the installation and both the patio door and the back door turned out very nice, there is so much more light and we can't feel the draft we were feeling before with the old doors. I can't say much if they will be helpful in summer, but we got the Argon ones, which are supposed to filter some of the heat from the sun in the summer. Before deciding for your basement windows, be aware that they have very good insulation for the frames, but that makes the frame thicker and the windows a little bit smaller. I will use them again for my other windows when I will need.

What a fabulous experience I had with Ron. From the start he was very informative and answered any questions I had. I had about 40 windows replaced and the job was done in a few days. His installer did exceptional work and left no mess (fantastic cleaning up!!). A couple of neighbours were so impressed that they asked to come into my home to see the windows from the inside and have contacted Ron for their windows. Next project is my entry door. Keep up the great work guys!

This is the third project that FM Industries have done to our home in the last few years.We are very pleased with Ron in sales and the installation team that did the cut-out for our patio door system.Our next door neighbours Domenic and Lucy were so impressed with the pricing and workmanship that they placed an order for the same sysyem and are looking forward for the installation in mid December.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, from the initial quote to the installation of the windows everyone involved was great and very professional, the windows themselves are top rate I would recommend these people to anyone thinking of replacing thier windows without hesitation

I am absolutely thrilled! The windows look great, it is so quiet in here and it is great to be able to open the living room windows. The installers are real professionals. The old windows were all out in a little more than an hour. No mess whatsoever in the house. When all the work was done, they removed all the debris and left the place looking great.

I have know Todd a long time and I know many people who have had there windows changed by his company. That is why when my mother-in-law was getting prices to have her windows changed I insisted that she got a price from Todd. Todd did get the job and I can tell you, my mother-in-law is delighted with her new Clera Windows from FM Industries. Way to go Todd ! Keep up the good work.
