We ordered all our windows through the Ottawa Regional Manager - Steve Wright. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our entire process. He offered many suggestions and options that helped us with our decision making. The windows and doors were all delivered on time and as promised. Our experience has been wonderful. Great job Steve!!!!

The door was delivered and installed on time. The installers were professional and did a great job. They cleaned up all the mess and made sure everything was done right and perfectly before they left. We also received a follow up call from the company to find out if the job was completed and to done to our satisfaction. We received great service and we love our new Garden door!!

I just placed my second order with Hans from Clera windows and doors. I am very happy with the first set of windows that were installed last year. The installers did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.I would highly recommend Clera windows and doors in Kingston.

We have replaced every door and window in our home with Clera Windows and doors. We are very pleased with the comfort level and overall appearance of our home . What I find outstanding is that we had a problem with the frame that holds the glass in our front door. I brought this to Todd’s attention and within two weeks we had a new frame installed at no cost and very little inconvenience. Way to go !!

My husband I bought our first house a little while ago. We have had half the windows replaced , a patio door installed where there was only a window before, and just recently we had two storm doors installed. We couldn’t be happier and are looking forward to completing the rest of our home with Clera Windows and Doors.

We are extremely happy with our new CLERA windows. They have changed the look of our whole house. Can't say enough about the guys that installed them. They worked all day and into the evening to get the job done without sacrificing quality. The whole process from ordering to installation was quite easy and the quality of windows is great. Over the last 2 years John Gainham from Clera Wondows and Doors has replaced our front door and 8 windows in our home. We are very pleased with the energy saving (the new door system is very efficient). Our windows have made our home much quieter and John's crew were on time and very organized.
