Update in 2015: In 2012 we did many of the windows in our house: the upstairs, basement, and kitchen patio door. At the time I searched through Homestars, and we decided on Clera. The job was excellent, and we’ve since lived with the windows for the past three years, and we’re very happy with them still. In January 2015 we decided to do the rest of the windows, which were all large windows, including a bay window. I got quotes from a few Homestars contractors, as well as Clera. We decided to stay with Clera as we not only had had a great experience with them, but we had also been living with their windows for 3 years already. Their Jan 2015 quote was fair and reasonable, and Frank is an excellent representative of their company. He is highly responsive, communicates very well, and always follows through. The installation team is highly efficient, and are clearly very skilled at what they do. They also left the house very clean after all the work was done. After three years and two different installations, and now having changed all the windows in the house with Clera, I feel very comfortable in highly recommending them. ============================================== I spent a lot of time (and reading on this site as well) in trying to find a company for our windows. Thru this process, I decided I wanted a local manufacturer who does their own installs - and NOT a contractor who installs someone else's product. I arrived at Clera windows as our pick, and thru the whole process it was a very pleasant experience. There was no pressure at any time, and the negotiation (pricing) process was open, fair, and now a month after the installation, I also feel was a reasonable and fair price. We feel we got value for what we spent. The windows were installed mid-August 2012, 8 weeks after the purchase (which is what was quoted in June when we signed) and we truly love them. The installers were highly professional, quick yet thorough. Even the caulking, which they use EXTENSIVELY, was of a very high quality. Clean-up was thorough, and they were very friendly all-throughout. We had a couple minor issues with 2 screens about 3 weeks later, and the sales manager, Frank, came to our the house the next day, removed them back to the factory for the required adjustment, and then returned them on a Saturday. All through-out, we never felt pressured, and the installation and post-installation process were smooth, and continue to be so. I highly recommend Clera, for their product, installation and post-service, and I believe we got value for the money we invested.

We purchased 9 windows from Clera Windows and Doors and we are very satisfied with their quality, price, and service. The installation was quick and clean and the staff was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone considering replacing their windows. Frank Altieri was my sales rep and he delivered what was promised, on time.

We had replacement windows installed in our home. The work was done on time, and Drew and his installation crew were on time the day of installation. There was an issue with caulking in some spots pulling apart after the first few weeks, but it was repaired to our satisfaction. The new double hung windows are great.

We recently had our front door and windows changed by Clera. The timing was perfect and the service was excellent. Thanks to John who is very patient and made sure the job was done. Also, thanks to John (colombian) who was very efficient and knowledgeable with what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Clera windows to my relatives and friends. Gone are the cold nights and lingering molds after every winter season. Great Job guys. Very happy and satisfied.

we recently got a new front door for our house and were blown away at how accurate the product was when compared to what the salesman showed us ... We certainly saw the value for money when we layed eyes on our new door. Even better the installer was very knowledgeable and didnt mind all our questions during the installation process... We felt great about our choice the whole way through ...the crew was clean, on time and very skilled... Overall very happy.... Clera was Amazing ....

We recently had our windows replaced by Clera Windows. We had been given a few quotes in a years time but never went through with any of them as the salesman would just give us a quote and say the job was to big and the price would have to be high. I really didn't think so, so we left it. Then months later we called clera windows and Gene the actual branch manager came out and gave us a quote we were so impressed by him very genuine kind of guy and signed right away but also the price was great to. When installation came there was Miguel a FANTASTIC guy. Very polite and nice. He and his one other man crew worked wonders they put 7 windows upstairs and 5 in the basement brick to brick with new frames inside and the job was done clean and very tidy. I recommend this company and thier installer to anybody looking for windows. Actually one of my neighbors behind me just sighned the contract with Gene as well. Thank you so much we are very happy.

Right from the very first telephone conversation with Gerald my husband was impressed with the company. During our appointment with Gerald we found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The day after installation my husband 'phoned and left a message for Gerald to say how pleased we were with the beautiful door and side lights installed by Jeff. We have just had two doors installed by Clera Windows and Doors. The installers were very professional, and we love the quality of the new doors. We would definitely recommend this company.

We recently had Clera Windows here to install 11 new windows and we are very happy with the results. The guys showed up right on time and worked very quickly and professionally. We were given a time estimate of a day to a day and a half and were pleased to have the job finished by the end of the first day. They were careful not to make or leave any mess. The only thing left behind was our beautiful new windows! Thanks to the Clera team for doing such a great job, we would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone!

We had replaced all our windows with Clera in 2002. I called to report that one of the seals was compromised and there was a small hairline crack across the glass. I called to report this and the same gentlemen ( Chris ) that came to our home to do the measurements & order 10 yrs earlier gladly ordered me a replacement glass for the kitchen window. A few weeks later the replacement glass was installed - no hazzles
