We bought our FM windows from Bob Tessier in Cornwall about 10 years ago, and have been extremely happy with them from day one. Bob helped us choose windows that matched the style of our old house, and they look as good today as they did when they were installed! The installers (Norm and Chris) were great! They brought everything they needed with them, including broom and garbage can, they were quick, efficient and on time! I definitely recommend these windows to anyone who asks! Great price and great service!

Clera did a great job altering a flat 2' x 6' kitchen window to a 4' x 8' bump out bay including matching my counter height which ran through the bay. Chris and Avni were excellent!

My husband and I wanted a very specific lite beside our new door - a half-lite that could be opened with a specifically placed crank for a source of fresh air. No other company was willing to produce it, but Clera did! It is perfect & we are thrilled. Then we decided that we would prefer opaque over clear windows - the originals were replaced this past week and they are beautiful. The window in our front door opens and is screened, supplying us with another source of fresh air without requiring a screen door to mar the curb appeal of our lovely front entrance. Bill Sanderson of London, Ontario was the person who facilitated obtaining of our door and convincing the manufacturer to produce exactly what we wanted. Thanks to him and Bill the installer who did such a terrific, efficient, and clean job. The price was very competitive with their competitors, but this company went just a little bit further to supply us with the exact door and windows we wanted. We would recommend Clera without hesitation.

We have been dealing with Hans and Sandra from Clera Windows for over 5 years now. All six of our front windows have been replaced and look great. What we are most excited about is our newly installed front door with sidelites and transom. We chose the Trimlite-Waterton series which looks amazing and gives us the perfect amount of privacy and light. The installers have always done a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I am a realtor living in the Niagara Region. Six years ago I had the windows replace in my townhouse by Clera Windows and doors by FM Industries. I have just recently sold that house and I can tell you that since the windows looked and operated like the day they were installed , my home sold very quickly. We recently had our windows replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. We are most happy with the service we received. We love the new windows, and the installers worked cleanly and professionally. My only complaint is that I expected the windows to be cleaned after they were installed, so that we could enjoy them right away. I called the Durham Region office to voice my concerns. This problem was remedied the next day, and I would definitely recommend Clera Windows and the level of service they provide.

We had a gorgeous fibreglass door installed recently by Clera Windows and Doors, and it is absolutely stunning!! People have told us it looks like it belongs in a castle! The installers, John and Miguel, were amazing, working so carefully and with such attention to detail, and they left the work site spotless. We can't say enough about how much we love the door, and how pleased we are that we chose Clera Windows and Doors. We would highly recommend this company!

I had originally had my windows and 1 door replaced last winter and was very pleased with the service and the workmanship. Gene was extremely personable and was able to consult with me at my convenience. Even more, Miguel, the gentleman who installed the windows and door was very efficient and took great care in the process. I was so pleased with the front door that I am now having the side door to my home currently replaced.
