The purchase, receiving and installation was done as planned. The work was two extensive days over the weekend. The assessment when removing the old windows found that the wood in the structure for support of the siding needed change (Old and Wet and rotten in aeas). The change occured. Finally the finishing touches inside and outside completed the excellence of the work. In short the service and installation was excellent, curteous and well apprceciated. Will be coming back to clera for other windows or doors when needed.

I am very pleased with the window installation by FM industries. The windows look great and operate smoothy. There were no issues with fitting. We had our front window done in the spring and were so pleased that we had the remaining windows done yesterday. Adam (sales) was a pleasure to deal with (a refreshing change from other companies we received quotes from). The installer Kevin and his son did a great job and were also great people to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend FM industries to my friends and family.

From the initial in home estimate to the last day of installation. Clera Windows blew past our expectations and 9 months after the job we are still feeling satisfied and confident. The quality of the workmanship and the materials is very obvious. The latest technology was used in these windows that enabled us to take advantage of various government rebates. Our neighbor s, friends and family have all commented on the great face lift the house has gotten from the new windows. Rick Gaboury was the person we worked with from beginning to end. He has since personally handled our questions and some follow up work that was scheduled to happen. The price and value we got is amazing. When I mentioned Clera Windows to some of the other contractors that we spoke with they all admitted that Clera WIndows had a great reputation in the industry. We had the work done in January so the rates in winter are usually better. Good Luck and at least call RIck for the estimate and then make your own choice. Peace.

When we decided it was time to purchase new windows for our home we sought out 4 local companies to come and give us pricing and to tell us about their products. Clera Windows was the only factory direct company – and we expected them to be the least expensive, so we were a little surprised to see that their pricing was higher - but by the time we had compared all that was being offered by Clera Windows we decided that price is not the only criterion when making a major purchase of this kind. We were not disappointed, the quality of the windows and the professional installation was worth every cent – and to know that we are covered by such a comprehensive warranty is very comforting. Very impressed. Rick is responsible for my area and was great. The installers had to cut out the stucco between the two existing small windows and double the height of the opening as well. Window is about 9 feet wide by 5 feet tall. Everyone that sees the window is just amazed how much it brightens up the room. Impressed with the good locking mechanism on the casement windows and the handle that folds in and hides in the base as well.

After obtaining 3 quotes for our new windows and doors, we decided to go with Clera Windows. Dennis was very helpful. He scheduled the installation around our schedules, visited twice while the work was being done, and called afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied. The installers were professional and courteous. The new windows and doors look great! Because we had the windows installed retrofit, all the outside wood framing is now covered with aluminum cladding, which is also a bonus. There was one quality issue with the windows - two of them had marks on the glass which we were told was due to bubbles in the Low-E coating between the layers of glass. These were replaced promptly - excellent customer service.

The service by Clera installers Kevin and Ryan was awesome! These two are total professonals who care about details and were not happy until I was happy. Would I recommend this company to my Mom? Absolutely- as well as every other relative or friend! I give Clera an A++++!!!

My sister-in-law recommended Terry and his team of installers from Clera Windows and Doors to me after having some of their windows replaced. The service that we received was second to none. Terry and his team of installers were prompt and professional. Our windows were manufactured quickly and installed prior our expected installation date. One of our windows didn't seem to lock as nicely as the other windows that were installed. A quick call to Terry and he quickly came by and addressed the issue. The windows look fantastic and greatly increased the value of our home. I would gladly use Clera Window and Doors again!
