I had Clera Windows and Doors replace my windows and doors at my home. I am completely satisfied with the windows and doors and the installation of them. Any of my concerns were dealt with quickly and effectively. Gary, Clera's representative, was a gentleman at all times. I would recommend Clera Windows and Doors to my friends and family.

We did some research when we began to look at replacing the windows and doors in our 30 year old home. After selecting two potential suppliers we invited quotes - we were looking for knowledgeble sales people who customized thier approach to what was best for our needs. We also wantetd high quality construction, options for colour, and confidence in the installation team. We were very happy throughout the sales - order placement - and installation phases of the project. The windows are well designed and contructed and the installation superb. The inside and outside are very well finished. We did half the house at a time and will definatley go back for the second half to Clera Windows and Doors.

This company did a fantastic job, would recommend them to everybody. Very professional, they had to cut through brick, and put in new Bay window, and removed all old brick!

I am in the process of renovating my home and replacing all of the windows was a priority. I met with John and he gave me some great ideas that I had not thought of including removing part of the existing wall to accommodate the back window. I now have a great view of my backyard. My experience with Clera Windows was one of great quality, on time and there were no surprises. I have owned a business in Burlington for 27 years and will recommend John to all of my clients.

We invested quite a bit to have a custom front door built for our home and we wanted a storm door to preserve the front door for as long as possible. The main concern was that although we knew a storm door would protect the front door, we didn’t want it to hide the detailed work that we had put so much thought into. Clera Windows recommended a storm door that is all glass so that the design on our front door would still be completely visible. We are extremely happy with the storm door and the service was excellent. We have already recommended them to our friends.

We love our new Clera Windows.They look and work great. Tyler and Mike did a great job installing them quickly and professionally. We give Clera Windows and Doors a Ten.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on my experience with Clera Windows and Doors. The regional estimator / manager, Bob Peyman, was easy to get along with and was very knowledgable. The installation crew as well as Chris Papineau the installation manager were most competent. I purchased the first half of my windows in Sept. 2010 and was very pleased with the job so I ordered the second half this summer. As expected, they did a wonderful job again. I will not hesitate to recommend Clera Windows and Doors by FM Industries.

I wanted to extend a warm congrats to Adam (sales rep) Kevin and Ryan (A team) for their excellent care, detail work and installation for the sitting room and upstairs bedroom windows…a difficult job well done. We really like the diamonds in the sitting room window and how much time and effort was taken to match the very traditional diamond windows at the front of the house. The second floor bedroom windows are a 100% improvement over former windows. I will recommend FM Industries/Clera Windows and and Adam to my colleagues for their window needs. When I started shopping for windows I was having a cigarette at the office with a few co-workers. I had mentioned that I was looking for a good window guy and 2 people I was with both said "FM Windows" at the same time. Bob Peyman's name was mentioned in particular as a "straight shooter" which is precisely what I was looking for. I knew nothing about windows and was looking for someone to give me straight honest answers about everything I needed to know. Bob was perfect and explained everything is great detail. He even went as far to tell me what questions to ask the next person coming in for an estimate to ensure I was educated enough to make a decision. This was not a high pressure sales pitch, it was education at a level I could understand. The installation went well, very professional installation team. The windows are an excellent high quality product. I would highly recommend FM Windows to anyone and have already. For someone who has little knowledge of windows and is concerned about getting "taken by a salesman", Bob is your guy, they don't come any more honest than him. This was a 100% good experience.
