What an amazing experience. Right from the beginning we had Rick come to our home and walk us through pricing and the variety of windows and doors they offer. The installation of our windows was another very positive experience. John (the installer) did an exceptional job..he answered any questions we had and ensured we were happy with everything. Our windows and doors are just beautiful. Amazing customer service right from the beginning to the end. We recommend Clera Windows to anyone needing great windows and/or doors. Also, the pricing was great..they offered excellent payment options with zero interest!!!

In June 2011, we purchased a bay window and five other windows for our home. Clera did a great job from start to finish, so in 2012, we replaced the front entrance door and three more windows. We are equally as impressed as we were the first time we did business with them. They really know how to take care of their customers and recommend them highly to family and friends.

After meeting with several window companies, my wife and I decided to purchase 6 windows from Clera Windows and Doors. We are so happy we did. They booked the installation date a week in advance, showed up in the morning, and had the installation completed before the end of the day. They were clean, professional and punctual. I’m looking forward to replacing the remainder of my windows with Clera and highly recommend them to anyone in the replacement window market.

We had 4 windows installed in our home from the service rep to the installer the service was great! The windows are excellent quality and the installer was tidy and did great work! I would definetly recommend Clera Windows!

If you’ve been considering a purchase of Clera Windows and Doors, look no further! We are very happy customers who recently purchased seven windows for our older home. Ken Chaston, branch manager, went above and beyond as he measured and remeasured, thoroughly explained everything, and even drove out of his way so that we could take advantage of a limited-time-offer. Installation day went smoothly and efficiently, in spite of some hard to reach places hampered by eavestroughs...they cleaned up thoroughly as they went-an excellent team! who showed us how to use the windows before leaving. Cleaning them was a ladderless, no-high-reaching breeze. The doublehung windowa are especially fine as you can open from the top –getting air but not a direct draft.

They did an amazing job!! We did our entire house : all our windows, doors, and patio doors redone. They look amazing, the service was outstanding and I have highly recommended Clera windows to all my family and friends! And for the rating on recommending to my mother: she has already placed an order to do all her new windows! :) thank you Clera!!!

After having recently moved into a new house, I had a large window and patio door installed, which were both very inefficient and over 20 years old. I was soon contacted by Chris Papineau who came over to measure for the new window and door. He was very efficient and made great suggestions as to improve the look and and use of both the window and door. When the door and window were installed, the installation crew were extremely efficient and professional. They installed both items beautifully and did a full clean-up afterwards. I cannot recommend Clera Windows enough. Great products and great service!

Their prices were competive. Great staff. Installation went smoothly. Overall very happy with the service. Would recommend them to all my family and friends. Location was very easy to find. The new windows and front door look amazing.

I recently replaced the doors and windows in our home from Clera Windows. I am 100% satisfied with the product and the installation. Over the years I have built a winterized cottage, renovated a century farm house, and upgraded a 30 year old house. In that process I have used windows as supplied from Cashway, TimbrMart, and Rona. Nothing I have used in the past can compare with the quality of the Clera Windows. The installation can only be described as “First Class”. The two installers were courteous, considerate, and efficient. The man working outside had a garbage pail beside him at all times and nothing was left around as he worked. The man inside worked over a drop sheet, and the vacuum cleaner was running constantly. Any question I had about the product or the installation methods were promptly and knowledgably answered. When the job was finished there was not even a spec of saw dust around. Needless to say, I am totally satisfied with the product and the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Clera Windows to anyone.
