We recently completed the third phase of our windows and doors renovations with John Gainham and his crew. We found the consulting advice and installation quality first class. All promises were kept, the price was competitive and it was a pleasure to deal with everyone we came in contact with from Clera. From our intial consultation 5 years ago until today we have found the products and service exceptional.

Clera Windows + Doors consistently comes through with an excellent product, a great price, and expert installation. The sales staff initially laid out all of the options and the costs for various windows. We have developed a multi-year plan to replace all of the windows in the house, and it now has become part of our regular 'spring cleaning' budget. In fact, the installers have just left. They efficiently installed the windows and cleaned up after themselves. As they left, I said: "See you next year." They're becoming part of 'family'.

We purchased 16 new windows with grills and a sliding door from Clera Window and Doors. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the door. What an amazing job Clera Windows & Doors did! The installation crew was professional, extremely clean, and very organized. They took the time to ensure that I new how to operate my new windows and even offer tips on cleaning. All of my new windows are of very good quality and match the existing windows perfectly. I must say that FM Windows go out of their way to make sure that their customers are satisfied. There were a couple of issues but they are in the process of correcting them. That is all I could ask for in a company.

As a business owner it is nice to know that there are other privately owned companies who are true to their word. Several years ago I purchased windows for my home. When I contacted Clera to have a window serviced they came out, repaired the window and honored their warranty to the word, no questions asked. This year I ordered more windows and a front. Entrance door. The salesman was knowledgable and not the least bit pushy. The installation went smooth, and the installers were polite and clean.
