The windows in our family room and kitchen have been replaced with Clera windows. Part of our renovations was the replacement of the windows. The the installation was professionally done which resulted in an excellent finish. I am also happy that we got the easy clean glass on the windows, it makes washing the windows so much easier. I would recommend Clera Windows and Doors to my family or friends.

We are new to the area and needed the basement windows replaced. We saw the advertisement in the newspaper and gave Bob Tessier a call and he was here the next day to give us a quote. He showed us a sample of the windows and we were pleased with the goods and the rest is history. They were very prompt and did a great job. We will definitely call on them again should we need more windows.

Gene Morlando of Clera windows came recommended by a friend who was replacing her basement windows for an energy audit. We were heading into the same kind of project so we were happy to find someone through a recommendation. Gene worked with our budget and we were so impressed that we also replaced the windows at the front of the house. His team headed by Miguel, were on time, polite and professional. I would use this company again.

We recently had all the windows in our house replaced by Clera and we couldn't be more satisfied. We worked with Steve, the branch manager for Kanata and Stittsville to choose are windows, and we are really pleased with the styles we decided to go with - they look fabulous, and give us much more air circulation than the old windows did. The view outside is also noticeably more crisp and clear than it was with our old windows. We've already noticed a considerable difference in the noise reduction when they are closed, as well. We chose to do a cut-down for our dining room window because the view is so spectacular, and the finished window is amazing - it totally changes the appearance of the room. The size of the cut-out was perfect, and the fixed window on top with the small slider underneath, that was recommended by Steve, was definitely the right choice. We had consulted with quite a few other window companies before going with Clera; having all our windows replaced was a huge financial commitment, we wanted to be sure we got the best value for our money. We were difficult to please - we had definite ideas of what we wanted and a fixed budget with very little negotiating room. The only sales rep that made a real effort to work with us was Steve. There was no high-pressure sales pitch with Steve, he listened to what we wanted, and made suggestions where necessary. He really went the extra mile to help us select windows we would be happy with at a price that fit our budget. Everyone we dealt with at Clera was pleasant and professional. Chris, The Installation manager came to do the final measurements once we had made our window selection. Chris was very good about explaining how the window replacement process would go when he came by, and was happy to answer any questions. We also appreciated that he was able to book a time for the installation so soon after the windows arrived. The installation crew, Ken and Tim were great. They installed the windows quickly and efficiently, were very pleasant and helpful, and cleaned up all the debris before they left. They certainly went the extra mile to make sure that everything turned out perfectly. All in all, we are totally satisfied with our experience with Clera, and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbours.

I think Clera windows and Doors is very professional and do a great job. My only complaint is with their catalog. Our front door was replaced and the transom did not match the catalog's photo, there were some comments that it was altered via photoshop (for sizing) but still it did not look similar to the one in the catalog and did NOT match completely the door (seemed to me that two different companies had been involved). It took weeks to get it replaced and now we are happy. So, IMHO... pros: - Professional. - Care about customer satisfaction. cons: - Marketing/publishing I hope they fix their catalog so customers can get (the first time around) what they ask for. Other than that no complaints.

I recently had all windows replaced in my house by Clera Windows . Bob Tessier came to the house, gave me a price, which I felt was fair and when I saw the quality of the windows I felt that this was a very good value. Chis & Harvey the installers did a great job putting in the windows and were very tidy; they covered the floors with drop clothes and even vacuumed up after completion. We purchased 2 new doors and 9 double hung windows. The service we received was excellent from the point of sale with Al to the installation with Danny & Mike. This is the 2nd time we have dealt with FM Windows, Al completed the job today as FM Windows made good on their warranty from our first install back in 1996.
