We ordered our windows through Ken who handled things very professionally and efficiently. He assured us that when the windows arrived, they would be installed in just 2 days. We were having all of our windows replaced (12 in all). We had our windows done last week, just days before our daughter was to get married at our house. So you can imagine our jitters over everything being done on time and right and wondering how much clean up would be added to our to-do list! But hats off to Mike and Tyler, the two installers. They did, indeed, install the windows in the promised 2 days. They were very competent and professional about it. They cleaned up beautifully. When they left, there was nothing to pick up after them. A couple of days later we found only one tiny problem with insulation foam that leaked a wee bit from one window corner. We called Ken and he notified Tyler who promptly returned to fix the problem. Great follow up service! The windows are beautiful. The sound proofing quality would be a great asset in any urban or otherwise noisy environment. All in all, we are very happy with everyone we dealt with and with our windows. We would certainly deal with this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

We had Clera Windows and Doors install two new door systems at the front and back of our home. We also replaced the dining room window and took John Gainham's advice and added a bow window to the living room. We immediately noticed the improved lighting in the house and we have already noticed savings in our energy bill. We love the quality and ease with which the windows open and close . Our century home in the Hess Village neighbourhood of Hamilton needed a complete replacement of 20 windows. We are thrilled with the new look that Clera Windows and Doors has created. Mark did a wonderful job installing both doors and even gave the interior trim work his personal touch. We moved last year and gave up our Clera Windows and Doors. Gerald and his crew were good to work with and made sure that our California shutters still fit. We loved the glass pattern that we chose for our front doors. Now that we are changing the windows in our new home we once again chose Clera. In fact, we used the same door lite pattern again.
