I have dealt with FM for many years at three locations. The first time I needed windows replaced in my home in Mississauga several years ago, I contacted 3 companies. FM representative Don took plenty of time explaining windows, options, costs. Their installers were professional and left the site spotless when they were finished. I later had doors replaced as well. They did the same work at my next home and they have now completed replacement of basement windows at my current house. Again, they installed a quality product manufactured for my specific needs and work was done professionally at a competitive price.

FM Windows in Pembroke just completed the installation in our new home construction. This is the third time I have used FM Windows and have been impressed by their quality of work and pleasant and friendly employees. I have recommended FM Windows to many of my co-workers and family and they have all been equally impressed with their quality of work.

Just had a new front entry sytem along with new front windows put in by FM Windows out of Guelph and dealt with Terry Blondin. This is the 3rd time we've dealt with Terry because the pricing is great and installation is top notch. Avni and his crew have installed all of our windows and door. Friends, family and neighbours can't belive what a difference the new door and windows make. Not only are do they look great, but our energy costs went down last year, so looking forward to seeing what the new door and front windows will do to our energy bills, with costs rising and all! I recently had the rest of my windows replaced by FM Windows of Woodstock. The prices were very competative and the salesman was very informative explaining the differences in window construction and installation. I will definately recommend them to friends and family.

We were in the market for replacement windows and decided on FM Windows after having their sales representative give us a quote. Not only did he take the time to explain their products, he also brought a sample so that we could see the actual product. He worked with us and showed us the options available and gave us the best possible price. The installation team was great and they completed the job on time and cleaned everything up at the end. I wish all the home renovations we have done could have gone this well. I recommend FM to anyone. A great company with great people!

The entire experience from start to finish was informative,helpful and enjoyable. The sales consultant,Bob, was most helpful in his approach. He displayed the knowledge and confidence of a real professional without the pressure displayed by some of his competitors. What impressed us the most was the time Bob took to explain the various benefits of sliders vs casements vs hungs. His expertise helped us choose the windows that best suited our personal requirements. Also, when we went online to investigate F M and saw that they had an A+ rating at the local BBB and 13 years of Consumers Choice Awards we felt confident to proceed. The windows went in beautifully and both the installers Tim and Dave were excellent.Chris Papineau the Installation Manager also overlooked the project to ensure everything went smoothly. I decided to go with FM because of their professional approach right from the initial meeting. Salesperson, Adam, walked me through all aspects of the project and was very detailed. Moving forward with confidence the install was on time and detail oriented from start to finish. The bay window basically needed to be rebuilt from all the damage below the seat as expected by Adam. The window looks amazing and so does our new patio door. Thanks again, Adam, I will be sure to call you in the future!

I had a sliding door installed in August and I am very happy with the sliding door and the install of it. The door operates very well and it certainly adds to the back of the house and yard. Thanks FM. Silva Cole

I wanted you to know how much we appreciate the work you and your installers have done in renovating my home. From the outset your care, interest and advice as to options in planning were invaluable. The preplanning was smooth and eye opening for us and your patient advice is appreciated. The actual window changes, having been completed in challenging weather conditions, were carried out in a very professional manner by Earl. While I contemplated some mess about the house I was happily surprised with the care taken to protect the interior of my home and the meticulous cleanup both inside and out, especially in the face of a howling snowstorm. Thinking of that I was very impressed with the workmanship, the thought and consideration Earl demonstrated in responding to our questions and his tenacity in that snowstorm. The result has been a total change of the environment of the house. An unexpected change is the reduction in noise, the outside sounds stay outside. I did anticipate greater indoor comfort but even there I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed a drop in fuel usage to heat the house. I suppose this reflects the thorough and careful application of insulation during the installation. The interior finishing touches really added to the professionalism of the job and to our appreciation of the overall work. I was very happy with that aspect. As you know we did the whole renovation in two stages, windows in December and siding in May and based on our December experience were happy to welcome Earl back in the good weather. Although some questions were presented about my choice of siding colour, I am glad we looked at the pros & cons, and I am very happy with the whole effect; and would be happy to let you use the house as an example for potential clients. The use of the R7 insulation and its careful sealing will add additional comfort in the coming winter I am sure. I have had people stop on the road and comment favourably on the siding and I personally like the rich colour. So from start to finish you and your staff have treated us well, worked diligently and completed your work in a timely, professional manner at what I thought a very reasonable cost and, as I said before, you would be welcome to have any potential customers in the area drop around.
