Replaced all 13 windows in an older raised bungalow. The pricing wasn't the lowest (or highest), but based on word of mouth, we went with FM. Good decision. They all fit perfectly - no shimming, filling, or covering up with extra trim. I was amazed at how well they fit in the existing openings. Most didn't even have a sliver of light showing anywhere around the frame. A small bead of caulking around the inside was all it took to finish them off. Speaking of caulking, Cliff was an artist with a caulking gun! And no slouch with the forming brake for the capping either. The whole job was done in a day and a half. Great job! The after-sales issue concerned replacement of an obscured-glass bathroom window which was supplied with clear glass in error. Due to lost paperwork and our tendency not to make pests of ourselves, it took close to 5 months to get it replaced. Like I said, it most likely would not have taken so long if we had called earlier and more often to enquire as to the status of the replacement.

For the past two years I have worked with Steve to replace all my windows and front door in my early 1900's home in Kemptville. I can only say that it was a pleasure to do business with Steve and FM Windows. Although I had two different installation crews the quality of workmanship was excellent. John from Columbia was outstanding and went over and beyond to make sure that I was completely happy before he left. The best part however was going over my energy bills for the last 12 months and see such a drastic reduction. Thank you. Betty, Kemptville.

I searched several companies on the internet and FM Industries caught my interest as they are a family owned business since 1978 and actually manufactured and installed their windows. They appeared solid. My Consultant at FM Industries was Chris Larrock and he was phenomenal! He assessed all windows (with me by his side) and pointed out what was wrong with them. I touched the rotting wood too! I have a 2-storey home with 13 windows and a sliding door.I was happy to find that only 3 windows needed replacement. I felt Chris was honest and answered all my questions and concerns. He assured me that all rotten wood (seen and unseen!) would be replaced. He took the time with me and I did not feel rushed. The installation crew was amazing. They were a team. The construction areas and pathways were covered and vacuumed clean afterwards.They arrived 9am and were done in time for supper! I was impressed that Chris visited during the construction. FM Industries service exceeded my expectation. Their personal touch and care made a most enjoyable experience. I will recommend FM Industries (Chris Larrock) to my friends and collegues anytime!

Hi Marcello, We had new windows installed on July 13th 2010 by FM Windows. I am writing to congratulate the team at FM Windows on a job well done. It is the third time that we have windows and a door installed by FM and if all the companies were providing as good a service as FM Windows, renovations would be a charm. They took the time to listen to help us choose the best products, they answered our questions patiently. We felt that we were important and that our satisfaction was a must. The installers were courteous and answered all our questions. During installation, they took the time to make it right! I admired their workmanship and knowledge. They left our home clean aferward, they even removed some stubborn stickers!! It showed that these people take pride in what they do! After sale service was answered promtly and our concern adressed properly. If we move to a new home and need windows again, we will choose FM Windows and doors. We replaced our front window and side door to the side yard. He was on time. He was very experienced. The finished product looked great. We first showed our neighbors, then all of our family members. With the lifetime warranty I will only have to do this once. Thanks again John

Bob, the sales manager came to my house around the end of April. He explained things very well and answered all of my questions leaving me with a quote and time to think it over. After checking out several other companies I decided to go with F.M Industries and signed a contract on May 4th/10. The installation took place about 6 weeks later.

We own a small cottage in Sutton and needed to replace our windows. We were very happy with how Fred explained our different options while understanding our budget. He listened to us which is different from what we have experienced with other sales people. The installers came when they said they would and did a great job. You could tell that they were very experienced and knew what they were doing. The windows operate great and have made our cottage look so much better.

I had FM Windows installed in July of this year. From contact with sales rep to install I felt extremely at ease dealing with both....very professional. We had a small issue with our washroom window. It should have been frosted glass. I called the office and within 2 weeks the frosted glass was here and installed. Extremely impressed with the workmanship and the FM product. Would recommend without hesitation.

From the first visit to select products to the final finished product all went smooth and professional. Can't say enough about how well we were treated and what a great product we got for a great price. The installers were a great crew fast and efficient all very professional. After much research and several quotes I must say that we are very happy that we went with this factory direct company. We paid a little bit more in the hopes of a quality installation and a more reliable warranty and also because the salesman, Bill, was very interested in hearing our needs, giving good advice about our choices and informed about his product. My trust was rewarded. Scott and his crew did a great job and were very interested in my satisfaction. Great windows, great job.
