We live in an 80+ year old home and desparately needed new windows. We got a price from FM for the main floor and upstairs windows and decided to get them all done at once. The windows (which we had installed about 6 years ago now) are still great and really improved the look of the house and our energy efficiency. Just this spring we decided to get a new front door through them too and to replace our basement windows. I like the fact that because they manufacture the windows, even though it's six years later the windows still look the same as the rest of the house. It was even the same installer. Very happy with the workmanship and the installers were clean and professional.

Our window installation with FM began on a very sour note with what we felt were both unprofessional installers and an unacceptable installation of a very large bow window and 2 basement windows. However, once Head Office was made aware of the situation, action was both immediate and very effective. Vito Mastrorillo, one of the owners, very quickly got in touch with us and asked that we give him a chance to make it right. While a solution was worked out, Vito was in constant contact with us and within 2 weeks we had a brand new window manufactured that was installed by a very special crew. Dan and Jesus did an amazing job and obviously take great pride in their work. As installers, they were more than we could have ever asked for. They were professional in every way, yet were also warm, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to have in our home for the two days that it took them to do the installation. We would have them back in a moment! As for the window itself, as you can see in the pictures, it is absolutely beautiful and we are completely satisfied. The low E and the sound reduction features are truly amazing. Vito and his "master" crew of Dan and Jesus more than made it right. When all is said and done we feel that it is what happens when something goes wrong that reveals the true nature of a person or a company and we are very pleased to say that FM Windows, Vito and his installers Dan and Jesus definitely stepped up. Because of the way in which this situation was acknowledged and ultimately rectified we would not hesitate to get more windows from FM.

We attended the Petawawa Home Show and met Al & Gary from FM. They were both very friendly & knowledgable. They didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need We are very happy with everything from purchase, installation,& service. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!! They installed my sliding door lock/handle upside down. I called and asked why they installed it upside down and the Manager said "we're sorry about that by why didn't you tell us before the installer left!" They say the only way they will come is if I pay them before they show up. So I hired another company for the rest of the windows and they fixed the problem for. This was an installation issue not product defect, way to honour your work FM!

We recently had the windows in all three bedrooms replaced by FM Windows. Todd, our salesman, was very professional and Cliff, the installer, did an excellent job. We are more than thrilled with the results. The windows are beautiful and so easy to clean. We cant wait to have the remainder of our windows replaced. I highly recommend their service!
