We live in Brantford and we had 3 company's give us a quote on our bedroom windows. When we seen the FM Flyer we decided to see what they had to say. Shawn came to our home and instead of just giving us quick talk and a price he walked us through the whole process. On how they make and install there own product. Shawn even answerd questions our neighbour had. The price was right in line with the other company's so we decided to go with FM. The installers did such a great job the neighbour ended up buying their windows as will. We will be sure to call you again when we are ready to do the Front window!

We were very pleased with the whole experience of getting new windows from FM Windows. It started with a visit form a very professional sales representative, who explained everything we needed to know. How the windows are made to how much they would cost us and the different methods we could pay for them. This was followed a short time later, with three friendly staff members being sent to our home install them. They were polite, professional, and overall very pleasant to have at our house. The windows are beautiful. The job was done quickly, the old windows were removed along with any mess and we were left only with our new windows to admire. Fred [last named removed--Ed] visited my wife and I to introduce us to the services of FM Industries. Fred impressed us with his knowledge, candor and professionalism. Part of the process making a commitment to spending a large amount of money is trusting the people that introduce you to the product and company. Fred was and is a wonderful guy to deal with. After we decided to buy the windows we got to meet Danny the leader of the team that would do the work. Danny was patient in responding to all of my wife's questions and built up a sense of trust with us as well. The job was started and completed on time. Danny and his team did a great job installing and cleaning up. Fred dropped by several times during the installation to make sure we were happy to help answer and other questions. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service we received. Oh yeah, the windows are great and have made our house cozier than ever!

Windows were replaced, installation was excellent, love the windows very happy with them. Windows and service were installed on the date promised. Workmanship was very professional, installer was very courteous. We would highly recommend them.

We ordered few windows from FM and we needed them installed with in three weeks. Not only FM finished the job in time but also they did an excellent job with carpentry. We are very happy and recommend FM to allour family and friends.

We are really pleased with installation of our windows. The installers were here right at 8:00 am and out of here at 2:00 pm, as promised. They did a wonderful job and everything was cleaned up. We have had lots of good comments and the windows have improved the look of the front of the house.
