FM's sales representative was extremely professional and helpful in all aspects of our window replacement project. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand what to look for in purchasing windows for our home. They walked us through the different styles that were available to us and cared for our needs and concerns. They were competitive with their pricing and offered many options for financing. The installation process was also very professional and well organized. They covered our floors with drop cloths and even took the time to vacuum before they were done. Inside and out everything looks amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of new windows and doors :)

I had all windows in my home replaced in mid March by FM Windows. From the beginning I felt comfortable dealing with Chris. As promised, a few days later his installer, Avni, arrived to do the final measurements. I was told my windows would be ready in 6-8 weeks. I received a call in the 5th week telling me that my windows had been built. We set a date for installation the following Monday. The installers arrived on time and my window were installed in 1 day. I really appreciated the care that the workers took to make certain that my personal effects were well protected. I will recommend FM Windows any time.

We did our research before purchasing the windows for our home. We were looking for a good quality product, with the best possible price. As usual we were extremely impressed with both the work and workers who completed the work. They were excellent! I could not get over how quick they were, I was also impressed with how they tidy up after they are done. I have had work done before and never have the workers ensured everything is tidied up and taken away. The door looks wonderful and numerous people have commented on how good it looks. I had windows done by Fm Industries, we were so impressed with the noise reduction (I work nights) the insall went great and looks great we would recommend FM windows & doors to anybody

We had used FM to replace most of our windows on the main floor about 6 years ago. The only window we did not replace was the front bay window. We called them up this fall and they installed the window and made the front of the house look great by installing siding around the bay window.

I had approx. 12 windows replaced at my house this past summer the installer came to remeasure recheck and check to make sure all everything was acuate. He mentioned a new color would look great with my brick color with is something I would not of picked. The windows look great and I am very happy with the whole experience.

We replaced all windows and doors in our home and were completely dissatisfied with the salesman, the install, the company as a whole. It took approx. 10 months to complete the job, the salesman screwed up all the measurements, ordered the wrong windows and doors in some cases and the final install of our front door was sub par. They also never paid their installer after all was said and done.
